We went into the Aberdeen shop for some items in support of my sons coming Duke of Edinburgh trip. We were assisted by Neil who was friendly and knowledgeable and gave some very useful advice. Overall an excellent experience I am very happy to recommend this branch.

Returns not easy
Size I ordered didn’t fit, expense and needed a printer to return and get to returns location 10 miles away near this in mind when ordering if you live rurally and don’t have a printer

Highly recommend- especially for the beginner hikers
I went to the shop in Aberdeen to buy a pair of hiking shoes.
Neil had assisted for shopping and gave professional advices.
I am a beginner hiker- so didn’t know much about the shoes and socks and how they made difference. He spent quite a time to help me understanding those and advised on how to find the right fit.
I was very happy to get the right help at the shop.

Needed to get some Goretex washing and reproofing supplies. Staff were really helpful in sorting out my request. Got exactly what I was looking for and at a fair price. Really pleased with the service.

I went in to find some camping clothes
I went in to find some camping clothes. Had a very good selection to pick from and not a bad price either. As I went to pay I was served by a member of staff called Mike a believe? Really friendly and had a good chat:) hopefully this gets back to him and he gets rewarded because he’s doing himself and the business proud! (In the Exeter store)
