Great service from the staff
Great service from the staff, Tea was very patient with us while trying on various walking boots. Although online prices could work out a little cheaper there is no substitute for actually handling and trying on for fit and comfort. Also you can be sure that you are buying the genuine article. Would most definately shop there again.

Great service
Great service. I’d looked online to see what was available but then visited our local store as we were going into town for something else anyway. The store didn’t have what we wanted in stock and the very helpful assistant said he could order for us and have it delivered to our home. We opted for that and we were very surprised when it showed up next day!

Great experience
The sales assistant Jenny, thoroughly helped me selecting the equipments that i need. She first asked about the conditions of my hiking (beginner) and recommend me the best deals available.
Truly professional sales assistant and as she said she is a hiker herself so she knows her stuff.
