Josh was very helpful and friendly. He quickly got my new trainers in my size 8. They were half price so I was very pleased.

I had a complicated goods return involving an online purchase from the Brasher website requiring several calls to resolve. Alex was very patient and persevering and we eventually succeeded with the refund.

Good advice
Cameron was very helpful with our purchase,giving some sound advice.
This is why the high street will survive perhaps in a different form from before Covid .
As we were looking for footwear it’s very important to try rather than ordering three pair online then returning them if they don’t fit.This at the end of the day will increase prices as someone has to pay for this service.

Good amount of both clothing and Foot ware both socks and boots, Trousers Fleeces.
Good amount of both clothing and Foot ware to choose from. Really Helpful and Reliable Staff and there knowledge of items and Advice were great. My wife and I and Daughter went into the shop for Her Bronze Trekking adventure and the staff knew what was the good quality of items to choose from and they were really well priced.
