Staff in store were fabulous in helping me choose a North ridge jacket for my grandson as berghaus were all out stock .girl was lovely knew her products .sad to see shop closing .I'd definitely keep her on some other store ..good to have staff knows their products. Not sure if the staff are rude because the store is closing down, or if the store is closing down because the staff are so rude that there's now a lack of customers. I don't know what you're going through and you don't know what I'm going through. Despite staying polite and friendly, it is not my fault that your staff are having a bad day and take it out on the customers.

I rushed in with my two year old literally on the floor pushing along his car after frantically looking for a compass for a friend who is off travelling. The team welcomed both of us warmly, directed me to the compasses - one of which is perfect for what I had in mind and then offered us 50% off batteries for our purchase - another handy thing to grab ready for the Xmas toys! They spoke lovely to my boy who I encouraged to put the compass on the desk for me and whilst I paid. Thanks Team

It always has the items I want with plenty of choice. The member of staff was really friendly and helpful and assisted me as soon as I was clearly looking for a specific item.

I was trying on walking shoes and was given great attention by Chelle who got me several styles to try on as I was having trouble finding the right size and width, with her help & advice I found the perfect pair and also the store had BH 15% extra off so that was even better

Extremely helpful, friendly and professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they even took the trouble to look up information on their website when they weren’t sure of a technical issue.

In the middle of Andover whether you come by train & bus, checkout this store as there are some very fab bargains to be had, very pleasant staff too just ask, then spend some good time in The Fox, the Wetherspoons across the road.
