Neil know’s his shoes, My husband struggles to find walking shoes to fit and that are comfortable. Neil spent time listening to his requirements and brought a selection of shoes through for him to try on. All the staff were so helpful
All the staff were so helpful, from the young lady on the till to the man that retrieved my lost property. I came to return an item and the refund was done quickly and efficiently. I liked that the staff smiled and maintained eye contact. Great customer service.

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, Steve and Dan went above and beyond what I would expect. They are simply an example of how a company should be run. Their combined knowledge and approachable personalities would make this a go to shop. Other companies can only learn from this store. The item purchased is excellent in everyway. I simply cannot find anyway to improve the service I received. Well Done.

I had an issue with a pair of boots which I had purchased in July 2024, the assistant (Sam) in this shop was helpful understanding and resolved the problem to satisfactory conclusion. Forgot to mention which store this was “BEVERLEY”

Simon was extremely helpful showing me where the tshirts were that i was looking for and assisting with sizing brands offers checking online etc. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good knowledgeable staff, not too pushy, provided great advice. Served by Sam, who helped me choose the correct footwear for next long distance walk. Price matched, which made the decision easy. Would definitely recommend and use again.
