A good experience at Millets Bracknell I purchased a pair of trainers and some trousers very pleased however the following day a different pair of socks meant the trainers were tight on the toes a call to the shop said I could exchange and they had a pair a size up. I returned a couple of days later to have an exchange everything was done satisfactory and customer service was excellent

Excellent knowledge and customer service
I went into Millets at Bracknell today with a list of requirements and they had everything I needed at really great prices. Stephen assisted with me with everything and was knowledgeable, friendly and a credit to the company.

Really excellent. Popped in to return one of two items I’d bought and Natalie at the shop was super helpful and friendly. Understood the reason for return and I ended up buying some gloves because she was so positive. Excellent experience.

The worker there called Jack was lovely, very talkative (in the useful way), made the time there easy and answered questions we had! A friendly face!

Jack was very helpful in suggesting other items I might need for the trip and deals on half price items. Friendly and chatty although clearly having no idea of how we travelled with only paper guidebooks and Internet cafes! Good experience!
