Wonderful staff and great shop. So sorry you are closing down 😥

Staff were happy for me to try some walking socks to go with boots I had bought online - and went the extra mile re recommending trail boots as well. It’s a shame this branch is closing down as the staff has been there a a long time and they are sad.

Everything was great. Easy to order, quick to deliver and fantastic product.

Another great trip to Millets. I really value the expertise of the team and the ability to chat things through. Jackie was brilliant on Saturday and helped me get everything I needed for a school camp out. She advised me on the different types of tent, sleeping bags and sleeping mats. I felt confident coming out of the shop that I had exactly what I needed and that I hadn’t gone overboard or not got enough things.

As a resident of Chesham, it is devastating that this shop which I frequently use is being closed down. I will miss it very much.

Jamil was excellent today! Very patient while we tried on many different shoes and boots. Incredibly helpful and very personable too. I’m devastated Millets is closing in Chesham. It’s been here forever; all my (now grown up) children have been kitted out for DofE and cadets by Chesham Millets. And being campers, we’ve used it A ,LOT!The team has always been so helpful and friendly. We could always find what we needed along with knowledgeable advice when we weren’t sure. It will be a big loss to the town 😞

Great personal service from Tommy who helped me find just ths right walking boots. I did try on quite a few pairs and he was very patient and friendly. Understood what l needed them for - wet weather and dogwalking and made great suggestions.

I visited millet’s in Chesham today and was greeted with the most friendly greeting especially from the young sales lad Tommy who went up and a above in customer service, nothing was to much for him to help me find what I wanted, I was sad to hear that shop will be closing in August and staff will be out of work, if any company wants a total professional customer frontline man then Tommy is your man, thank you to Tommy I’d like to connect with you on social media

Visited Millets-Chesham to shop for DofE expedition items, and Jamil was incredibly helpful throughout. His input on each item made it much easier for us to decide what to buy, which was even more perfect because we were in a rush.

Dan was super helpful in helping us get kit for my daughter’s D of E expedition, really knowledgeable about their stock, like which socks best for summer & comfort, walking boot fitting & generally just great customer service.

No hard sell. Advised re wider sizing options than carried in that particular store.

Visited the store to purchase my DofE Kit and we were served by Dan who was extremely helpful. He took all the time in the world to make sure my shoes fitted ok, and advised us on all other items we needed. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase, Thanks Dan :)

Great customer service - honest and helpful. Shop is tidy and well set out. Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been in a couple of times and he was equally as friendly and honest both times.

Unfortunately our local Millets in Hemel has closed so we went to the Chesham branch. I was very pleased with the level of customer service ( Thanks Jamil ) and the boots I purchased were well priced. Now to test them thoroughly .......

I would just like to give a big shout out to Millets at Chesham and in particular Tommy. After a terrible experience at Blacks, Basingstoke (Same company) it was so refreshing to find a member of staff who knew what they were talking about and who knew how to process Shoe Vouchers.

The staff are very friendly and served me as soon as I asked for help. Steph served me in the Chesham shop. She found a pair of boots on special offer too which I bought.
