Walking leggings - Peter Storm…
I’ve been looking for some walking leggings but didn’t want to pay the earth. Found some in here for under £40. They are water repellent so perfect if I get caught in a shower. Served by Martin who was very knowledgeable about their stock.

Martin at Eastleigh,Hampshire went out…
Martin at Eastleigh,Hampshire went out of his way to help me. Went to stock room as wanted winter coat no longer on show in shop. Got two sizes as wasn’t sure which would fit. Held coat whilst I went to another shop to try different one. Came back and coat was put by for me.

Customer Service was Great
Was served by Summer on 5th April. She was very polite and knowledgeable. As we were buying a present she explained about the returns policy and information about a future purchase we were going to make.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!The 2 young ladies in Millets Eastleigh…
The 2 young ladies in Millets Eastleigh could not have been more helpful. Their till was causing them problems which they patiently and politely dealt with. They accepted and credited a pair of ladies trousers from me and ordered a replacement which Was delivered to me within 24 hours. I had visited the store on Sunday and had the trousers I wanted by Monday lunchtime. Polite,friendly store staff and exceptional service! Well done Millets Eastleigh. Will be my go to shop in future!

I was served by Summer on the 23/03/24. I wanted to buy a new pair of walking shoes. She told me the benefits of getting shoes with Gortex and how it would be of benefit when walking in very wet conditions. She was polite and helpful.

Affordable, good stock and helpful staff!
I've shopped here several times for work shoes, and for good reason! Affordable, always a sale on; not to mention straight forward and very helpful staff! Will be a long time shopper for sure :))

Just brought a Rab jacket in the 60 percent sale from millets at eastleigh. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Thanks to Martin and summer for there help. They went above and beyond in service. 5 stars from me.
