Excellent helpful service in Fleet Millets.
I bought some walking boots in the sale & was chatting with the staff member, who kindly informed me I was entitled to a further discount as I am a member of the U3A. I had no idea & as a pensioner the £8.40 saving was most welcome!

I went to buy a new pair of walking boots and was served by a lovely lady called Fleur, she spent around 20 minutes taking me through all the brands and explaining all the pros and cons of each boot I tried, I was very impressed by her knowledge and the time she spent with me, especially as the shop was very busy, first class service from Millets!

Keira is amazingggg! I was not able to find my size and she turned the store room upside down to find my size. Her customer service was impeccable . Thank you ( L size guy )

Excellent service from Suzannah. Great help and advice in choosing the right product at the right size. Suzannah gathered different styles and sizes for me to try on and explained how I could return the item for a full refund if I wasn't happy. And it was at a very competitive price. Ordered Saturday and delivered on Sunday. Very happy indeed.

i had to change a pair of merrell walking shoes and Suzannah the assistant was fantastic she had the sort of customer service attitude that is sorely lacking in some shops today she couldn't have been more helpful and polite
