Found exactly what I needed thanks to helpful staff
The staff were very helpful and found for me the precise item I needed which I would never have found without them. We are very lucky to have Millets and I would have been wet and windblown on the round island walk this coming Saturday without them.

Kyla went above and beyond, searching upstairs until she found gloves and hats for us that had been put away for the winter. Thank you for all your trips upstairs to find us what we wanted 🙂

I went in looking for walking boots
I went in looking for walking boots, waterproof trousers and fleeces. Kyla offered to help. She was friendly, polite and patient as I tried on at least 4 pairs disappearing downstairs to the stock room without hesitation. Thank you great service

Went in looking for walking boots, Luke approached us and offered to help. He was friendly, polite and patient as I must have tried on at least 4 pairs! He was also very knowledgeable about the boots and provided lots of options. A very easy shopping experience and I will certainly make Millets Guernsey my first stop for outdoor wear :)
