Quicker and cheaper than ordering online
Wonderful customer service and very helpful staff member. Managed to get my item delivered to my house in less than 24 hours. This was quicker than if I had ordered it online! I now know where to go for outdoor gear in Ipswich.

Great experience at Millets in Ipswich today. Staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and I also bagged a jumper from the sale rail. Great to have such a useful shop in the town centre, with very reasonable pricing.

One of the most useful shops in Ipswich!
Excellent wide range of footwear and clothing. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who advise if you want without being 'pushy'. We've bought many things of all sorts there. One of the most useful shops in Ipswich!

I called into the Ipswich branch to…
I called into the Ipswich branch to look at rainproof jackets. I was served by Rich, who was most helpful and patient. I was given good advice and encouraged to try on different ranges and sizes. I found all the staff both friendly and helpful and came away very happy with my purchase.
