Excellent service
I took my daughter to get kitted out for her Duke of Edinburgh expedition. We were served by Jack who was excellent. Jack was very knowledgeable and gave great advice. Will definitely shop at Millets on Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough again.

Great place to shop!
Great place to buy hiking/camping or even exercise gear/coats. The staff are friendly and happy to help and they offer student discount. Lots of nice clothes you could wear on a daily basis as well.

Expert staff
Went to the shop to get some walking boots. There were so many to choose from that I didn't know where to start. The assistant came and patiently explained the benefits and disadvantages of each. They also gave me tips from their own experiences.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, which you don’t tend to get in many shops today. I was served by a lovely and extremely helpful lady called Julie. The younger lad was also very helpful and kind.
