Sam is a great asset to the company.
My experience at Millets today was professional and courteous. Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful. I came away very happy with my purchase and would recommend Millets to anyone looking for advice on leisure and the outdoors.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff.
I was served by Jonny who helped me find a pair of suitable walking boots. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the stock and based on what I needed, was able to recommend suitable styles.
Having used the store before, I was not surprised there was no sales pressure, just advice and a lot of patience. An added reassurance is the returns policy as it’s impossible to properly assess fit and comfort in the store. A great store.

Always a pleasure to shop in this store store
The staff in this store in Middlesbrough are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to help you - really above and beyond. Whenever I've been in the store there is always someone who can help you, all of the staff are knowledgeable about the products they sell, there are always alternative products they can advise on if your first choice isn't available for any reason and they always offer to order items into store for you if you want or need them to. They are aware of what is happening around them, so much so that when I went to pay for my shoes the staff member told me that he'd noticed I had a defence discount card and gave me the additional discount. Thanks, Milletts; it's always a good experience to shop with you.

Great customer service
I came into the store to buy some trousers but they didn't have any in my size, so the lad tried to see if he could order them but they weren't available, after looking on my phone I saw they were available on the website so he was kind enough to help me purchase them online and get them sent to my house! I'll definitely be shopping here again and some great customer service in store.
