Purchased a new pair of walking shoes. The assistant Owen was really helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the product. Great price too. Always a pleasure to shop in the Monmouth store as everyone is really friendly and all greet you when you walk through the door. Will return soon for more bargains!

Very helpful staff members, particularly when my online order had been incorrectly sent to someone else. The lady chased up my payment and made it her priority that I would get my new items correctly.

Fantastic service, big thanks for Jo at Monmouth Millets for her help with getting the right tent. Unfortunately didn’t have it in store, but ordered one through the kiosk for me. Made the process very simple. Excited for the tent to arrive.

Monmouth Millets were excellent
The Ladies in Monmouth Millets were excellent. I had been sent by Black's customer services to return some faulty boots there but all of the information they gave didn't work. Fortunately the Ladies in Millets gave excellent customer service and treated me like a human rather than the call centre customer services of Black's. Thank you Monmouth Millets.

Popped into Monmouth Millets yesterday, looking for some new camping stuff, got some chairs and an item that wasn’t in stock, ordered free of charge delivery to my home address, over the next few days, which was great,
Store manager was really helpful and friendly, will recommend monmouth millets if I’m asked about outdoor stuff in the future.

I have to say what an amazing store this is. Went in to buy a rucksack for my travels and was approached by an extremely helpfull employee called Jess who talked me through all the possible options and recommended one which I couldn't be more happier with, great quality and value.
