Great product & lovely staff
Super happy with my coat - just what I was looking for and cheaper than any other shops locally for what I needed.
Staff very friendly and helped get even more money off at the till with affiliate member discounts eg Forestry Commission.

Wanted a usb powered head torch for my mother in law, unfortunately none were in stock but the sales assistant immediately said he could order one and have it delivered to her. Two days later I have a happy mother in law, always a winner!

Took a pair of walking trousers back to store as Xmas gift and too long. Very helpful assistant. He ordered another pair online in shorter leg and refunded the difference in price as were in the sale by then. Received new pair on next day delivery and fitted fine. All very efficient and first class service.

I ordered a jacket using the sizing guide but on arrival proved too big. I spoke with my local store who were extremely kind and helpful. They allowed me to drop off the product and ordered me a replacement - fantastic service

I purchased a pair of walking boots from the Stroud branch. However, when the sales assistant opened the box he found that there were two different size shoes in the box! He immediately ordered another pair to be delivered to my home and offered a sizeable discount for the inconvenience.

After dealing with not-so-helpful Blacks online customer service, I went into Stroud Millets for assistance with a faulty purchase. Superb. The professional, friendly staff sorted my product exchange immediately and had already reserved a replacement for me. Incredibly well stocked and nicely laid out shop, very clean and tidy. Possibly the best Blacks/Millets we’ve visited. Thank you for your help today
