Staff at the Tenby store were so helpful to us, needed a replacement air inflatable tent pole for a specific tent and they checked and found possible alternative products.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful…
My wife and I were looking for a replacement pair of walking boots for her and a gentleman called Martin offered assistance to us.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in selecting a pair.
He asked various questions inorder to ascertain what type of boots might be the most appropriate based on the budget given.
An extremely pleasant experience, there was no pressure, no hassle and we felt like extremely valued customers.
All in all Martin was superb.

Oakley ambush
Popped into the store to just pick up a small clip to attach my dogs bowl to my rucksack,that's when it all went wrong. I spotted their collection on Oakley sunglasses. Martin saw the opportunity, he fetched a great selection down and went through which ones they had in stock, after a few minutes he'd convinced me to purchase a pair. So my £2 clip cost £103.
On serious side, great service and great shop.
