The shop has good selections available for hiking shoes, if your feet are standard size. Unfortunately mine needed wide whith size.

Excellent service once again from Sarah. Always acknowledges you when entering the store and offers to help if we need anything. I was looking for walking shoes that were waterproof and Sarah gave me good advice on the different styles I had selected to help me choose.

Popped in as I walking past. Spotted a waterproof jacket in my size, which fitted well,and went to pay. Kai noticed a mark on the jacket, and offered either a discount or a replacement on order for delivery. K decided to have a replacement delivered to my home. Kai organised it all and provided a ver good level of service

Long story not-so-short, I was looking for a new pair of walking boots to replace my 20 odd year old ones. Didn’t have what I was specifically looking for in the store but Kamilla and Kai were both really helpful in ordering them online for home delivery for me. New ones arrived the following day, not right for me so returned them to the store where the refund was processed immediately and efficiently.
Had a look at what they did have, decided that I actually needed walking shoes rather than boots and was helped by Hannah who was lovely and so patient in bringing me many options to try on. Thank you to all the staff on both visits for being so super lovely and helpful 😊 other shops could take note of this cheerful, spot-on customer service.

Very helpful and persuaded me to try a size larger than I have been used to - which I bought! Also thanks to a cheerful Kai on the till, who was very careful to ensure both shoes were the same size and a left and right shoe!
