Don't believe they are capable
I question the fact that the rating is high. I have been waiting since 2021 for action to be taken on my accident. They recently sent me a document that needed verifying this was over a year old and contained the same information as i had received before to verify. Basically have done nothing for over a year.
From start to finish the service has been non existent.
Now i have received a letter saying my case has been passed to another who is going to review and progress it.

Awful company
Awful company. Service is worse than poor.
Incompetent, rude and arrogant staff
Numerous complaints upheld and paid out compensation for their faults.
Numerous complaints upheld by the legal ombudsman.
Absolute jokers.
Don’t use them at all. Refuse them if your insurance company recommends them to you.

Poor shownall round
Poor all round. I was clipped by a lorry as he encroached into my lane. Minster law arranged for me to have a medical assessment to which the doctor said a minimum of 6 months prognosis at which point minster law stopped my physio and im getting worse. I’ve also had to send back the medical report 3 times so far due to errors. Poor show.
