Very positive experience so far
Very positive experience so far. The adviser I spoke to was friendly, helpful and very thorough. He took the time to go through everything carefully, explained the process clearly and made sure all the relevant details and photographs were submitted. Communication has been prompt and professional, and I’ve been given clear information about the next steps and how to track my claim. I feel confident that everything is being handled properly.

Personal Injury Claim
Minster Law helped me a personal injury claim after the insurer had offered a small amount initially and they were successful in nearly doubling my compensation. They kept me regularly informed on the progress of the case through a dedicated link with the company. I can't thank them enough for the help and support, they were fantastic.

Tina was brilliant during my initial call at the start of my claim. Very clear explanation of the process after my accident. Overall very straightforward and easy to understand. No one ever wants to have accidents however it's good to know that someone is there to help. Recommended.
