I needed some new brake pads for my MiRider 1 and so I went to the MiRider website. The correct pads were easy to find and delivery was very fast.Job done!

Didn't say it was a self assembly which for the price is shocking. It didn't have any decals as per the pictures, just bare plywood.

New wider handle bars have really made a huge difference to my confidence riding the bike. I feel I have more stability and control when ridingx

I haven`t ridden a bike for 2 years. This machine (with gears) has changed my life. I can get out and up into the woods and ride for 90 minutes, only using one of the 5 "assists" when necessary.
The bike has every facility you could possibly want. It is very well made and my battery lasts for almost 100 miles.

We have been very pleased with our two bikes until recently when my wife's bike kept losing drive through the pedals. They're both 18 months old and have been used sparingly. It turns out the hub unit has failed, we thought that Mirider might contribute to the cost of replacement. Seems that this is normal wear and tear. After 18 months? Really?

Excellent service throughout from the friendly team at the factory. From a test ride through ordering and to collection the whole team were helpful and produced a fantastic product with all the optional extras we requested. The MiRiDER One is ideal for our needs as we can explore further afield on days out. Easy to fold and fits in any car boot. I have owned the bike for 8 months and covered over 500miles without a single problem. The range is fantastic. If you are doing a lot of road riding I would consider looking at the GB3 version. I found my MiRiDER One lacking a higher gear ratio over 20mph, my legs couldn't keep up. I cannot praise the bike or company enough...Thank you for helping us get our outdoor life back.

I had a problem with a MiRider One bike that had got overly wet and stopped working. Contacted support by email and got a very quick reply with some diagnostic suggestions. Turned out to be the display/controller had failed due to water ingress. Called and quickly got through to same technician. Discussed a solution and ordered a replacement controller on a next day delivery. Terrific service.

I ordered a 24 GB3 which arrived within a couple of days. It was well packaged, the rack I'd ordered fitted, so was ready to go. It looks great and rides brilliantly. I can wait to go out on adventures on it. I'm 6 feet 2 inches, so had been concerned it might feel too small. I needn't have worried though as it feels just right. Oddly, it's also comfortable for my wife who is much shorter than I am, so a good fit for all. An issue with a spare battery being of an incorrect type was quickly sorted by an extremely helpful team. Highly recommended the bike and the company

We recently attended the NEC camping and motorhome show where we attended the Mirider stand where we were greeted by a friendly bunch of Mirider staff.
No pushy sales and all round very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We purchased our bike and quickly received it three days after the show. Excellent customer service.

I wanted a folding electric bike so went to the motorhome show at the NEC. There were plenty of suppliers selling folding electric bikes. However the MiRider 20 stood out. Aesthetically it looks great. I had also spoken with owners of the MiRider 16 who had sung the praises of the bike. British designer and British made also is a benefit with plenty of agents should you need them. Mathew did me a great deal and I walked away with the bike. I’ve had one 18 mile ride on it and the bike performed brilliantly. So pleased with my choice. The MiRider team were great to chat with, a very relaxed sell which is great. Thanks team.
