Pathetic Stores, every time running out of stock. Worst customer services.

I have had the pleasure of shopping at Mistore on multiple occasions, and I can confidently say that it is one of the best stores I've come across. The entire shopping experience, from start to finish, has been exceptional.

I ordered a product from them that didn't work. Returned it with my own courier cost. They stopped responding. Didn't refund or send a replacement. I called their offline shop they don't associate with online. I called helpline nobody's picking up. The guy who received the courier doesn't answer. PATHETIC EXTREMELY.

DONT ORDER ITS A NIGHTMARE.

They won't even let you post 1 star reviews on their website, don't be fooled by all 5 star ratings on all products.

i was using poco x3 pro since from 1.5 years and suddenly screen goes black while using and now no one is claiming it and asking for 40000pkr for the motherboard so bad experience shame @xiomi @poco

A few days ago I ordered MI band 6 however there was an issue with it. I reached out to the MI helpline, the calling team had been really helpful and courier provider picked it up in 2 days and I had been refunded within 7 days. I really appreciate the prompt service to check and sort it out.

Ordered redmi buds 3 lite for 5000 and they don't even work ,selling broken products, scammers.Emailed them for exchange,no response yet.

I ordered Many Products From Mistore. It was really Good Experience with them. Last Week I ordered a Redmi 10C in Graphite Grey Color but the parcel I received was in Blue Color Phone. So I call them and tell them about the issue. The Guy on Call was was AD, He really helped me and courier provider pick the phone after 2 days and within 7 Days I Got my Redmi 10C in my favorite Color. I really Appreciate them.

I bought a flagship phone, Poco F2 Pro - as soon as the warranty expired, the phone died.

Upon contact, they do not have the spare parts.

Thirdly. About 100+ customers using the POCO device have been affected.

Purchased the Poco M3 from them using the platform Daraz and it was good but it has the issue of "Black screen of death" where the phone won't even turn of if it's powered of. You have to wait till the battery drains it self to turn it back on (if it was full, it'll be unusable for a week)

Third class service. My mobile stopped working after 2 months of purchase. It has been returned to the company on 25 June and I am still waiting to get an update or get it back.

Absolute fraudsters. Ordered a phone for my father as a gift. They promise 3-5 day delivery. On 4th day they asked for a picture of my credit card to 'confirm' the order. i refused as it goes against any common sense and they cancelled my order. I am following it up to ensure i get a refund.

I payed 3500 rupees for wireless earbuds only to receive a local wired headphones in the box which I ordered from the your Store. No response even after submitting the video to Customer service it is now 2 months #Xiaomi

mistore.pk is doing fraud with people, I order 2 cameras with 2 separate orders, 1 with cash on delivery and 1 with online payment. Its been 12 days now and I have not receive my single order yet.

They are using CallCourier, I received message from them after 5 days and promise to deliver my order. But no one reach to my address. I call them by several days, and they are not responding to me now. I have also contacted support team but no one reach to me.

I highly recommend to not buy any product from MI Pakistan store, it will be better to buy a phone from their physical store. Their courier provider is Leopard who is a very literate service provider in Pakistan, you guys can reviews online as well. It's now up to a week & I didn't receive my phone from them order ID 60198.
After calling so many times Mi Pakistan representative stopped answering my calls, their staff is very unprofessional & don't know anything about customers cares.
Please do not buy anything online from them, it will waste of time.
