Purchased a Sambar Dias Classic van from Mitsui Co Ltd via CarFromJapan and I can't praise the experience enough.
The communication from the team was excellent. Responses were timely, and at no point did it feel like there was a language barrier.
When an email from the shipping company went missing, the team helped to quickly get the missing documents.
The car was in as good or better of condition as the photos & videos indicated. It was obvious they had started with a well-maintained vehicle and had done additional inspection and servicing to ensure the vehicle was in overall good condition at delivery.

I would definitely buy from them again and would have no hesitation recommending others do so.
