After I submitted an expression of interest, Callum came over to do an assessment and make a quote. Researching the quote online, it was on the lower end per square metre compared to other vendors who advertise a 'from' price that turns out to be more expensive per square metre. Alex and Joe completed a neat boarding job and made for great company during their breaks. Jake completed a ladder installation and shared useful tips on operation and maintenance. Overall, I would highly recommend MK Loft Boarding: they do an excellent job, offer a decent warranty, and what they charge is excellent value for what you get.

A very good experience all round. Callum carried out our free quote and Steve and Jake fitted the loft boarding a few weeks later. It has made a big difference to the space we now have for storage. Any questions we had were answered, everyone was polite and friendly and agreed times were kept to. Steve and Jake were both tidy when fitting the boards so we had no mess to clear up. Would really recommend.

Very happy with the finished works to my loft. Callum provided a free quote and drawing of the planned works, was very informative and friendly. Mark and Warren attended a couple of weeks later, boarded the loft, fitted a light and ladder. Both polite and professional, put down dust sheets and made absolutely no mess. Mark was helpful in showing me how to open the hatch and bring down the ladder. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Communication excellence throughout including regular updates. However i need to send a special thank you to Jake & Callum who provided a service that was outstanding. From the quote to the finished product. Both very polite, friendly and professional. The job was completed quickly and left no mess. Explained how to use the new ladder and even created a very handy step up into the loft. We now have so much more space for storage. MK Loft boarding were fantastic. The boys spent the whole day at my house and they went through everything. They even put my insulation in properly as it was all over the place.

They worked throughout the day boarding my loft and put an aluminium ladder. The cleared all the rubbish from the attic and hoovered, left my house immaculately.

Just when you thought great customer service was a thing of the past along come MK Loft.
Steve and Mark did a superb job of my loft insulation and boarding. Turned up on time and got busy immediately. Left everything clean and tidy. Pleasure to have you both in our home.

This is the go to company if you want your loft boarded up or insulation fitted.

I wish I had utilised MK Loft boarding's services in the first place however I went with Home Counties Loft Ladders who did a shoddy job leaving the loft susceptible to condensation due to the boards not being installed correctly and thus restricting air flow.

I contacted MK Loft Boarding to arrange a survey and Babs was ever so efficient to give me a date. Aaron attended the property and gave an honest appraisal.

On the day of the install Mark and Steve arrived and they worked ever so hard and tirelessly to remedy the issues from the previous installation.

Their appetite to complete the task in hand was clearly evident and they were very amenable and helpful.

Further to this their customer service was outstanding, Mark and Steve exemplify the standard that all trades persons should strive to meet.
