The service, efficiency and overall experience was excellent at the Shop in Camberley on 16th Mar 2026 at about 11:00 hrs. I had the screen protector replaced on my Z Flip 4 whilst I waited.

Paid to have new phone back cover replaced for it to pop two days later cracking and leaving camera lense loose. Store not interested at all legal action to follow

My phone had frozen and I couldn’t access my train tickets. Because I’m not very technical I didn’t realise I could turn it off without the touch screen. The kind man in the Grand Central station Mobile Bitz stall in Birmingham told me how to turn my phone off at the side. He could have pretended it was more complicated and charged me. I was very grateful and it saved me a lot of hassle. Thank you!

Three screen replacements on the same phone - when it went wrong they blamed me and wouldn’t replace under warranty so had to pay again. Third time went to iSmash and they said quality / glueing of screen was poor.

One of the workers were so nice in helping me choose my case and gave me 10 pound off because I felt nervous as i thought the price would be lower(Im 14yrs old) This happened November 19th 2025 18:00 or near there thsnk you to that worker!

I popped into this shop on Monday just to see what type of products they had for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. I was told to come around the counter and pick one. I was in two minds about which case I should wanted and whether I even wanted the service, as I had told him I was just looking. Before I knew it, he was fitting a new screen protector to my phone as I turned around from looking at the cases.
He fitted the screen protector and a camera protector on the back of the phone. I then chose the case I wanted. As he put the case over the back of the phone, it shattered the glass protector on the back. He immediately panicked when I asked if it had damaged the phone. I was standing within a metre of him as he popped the broken glass protector off the back of the phone. A large piece of glass then hit me in the eyelid, and a small piece went into my eye.
I immediately told him, but he did not believe me and was adamant that it didn’t happen. I had to get a security guard to take his details. I am now left having to take a day off work to go to the eye clinic to get the piece of glass removed. What annoys me the most is that you gave me his contact details, and they are not working. The phone number just goes to an answering machine.
Ayub did offer to take me to Boots to get some eye wash; however, in this case I have to go to the eye clinic. I understand that accidents happen, but losing a day’s wages and having a sore eye likely for over a week is unacceptable.

Went to fix my screen, took 1 hour to fix and when received still had rubber bands on it. Left them on as directed, that same night the phone started brightening and dimming every time I would watch a video or try and message. I went in the next day and told the staff. I didn't have time to wait so he said to come back through and he'll look after me. Went in and as i've left it for a week was unable to get it fixed or any help from them. I have never used mobile blitz but would'nt recommend. Staff also got hostile and started swearing and calling me a swear words appropriate to a female dog

Use the Northampton branch and asked them to replace the lens/glass in one of the cameras on my iPhone 14 Pro. Left it with a fully functional camera. When I collected, the camera no longer focussed. Big mistake trusting these people. Don’t not use and avoid at all costs.

I have always used this shop in Wandsworth and again, cannot recommend them enough! Helpful, knowledgeable staff and reasonable priced - highly recommended

DISHONEST Rip off merchants. I would give ZERO stars if possible. GO ELSEWHERE.
I had a message come up on my phone about my battery being weak and not holding a charge. This was about 6th or 7th August.
I then paid an obscene amount of money to get a replacement battery only for the shop to do nothing whatsoever and rip me off completely.
Same message comes up on my phone yesterday! Paid the beat part of £70 to an absolute conman Haris Khan.
Turns out, when you try and get a refund under THE CONSUMERS ACT 2015, they will call Mall Security and threaten to get you kicked out. The whole thing was recorded by myself, despite mall secirity trying to cover the lens, and although angry I didn't swear nor call him racist slurs as he suggested I did! More than happy to provide the proof.
I also wonder why the little boy in the shop decided to attack my intelligence along with Mr Khan (apparently the 'manager') who was on the phone, saying I 'obviously have low intelligence' because of course, frustrated women who is annoyed OBVIOUSLY equals low intellect.
I suggest MOBILE BITZ either do the work paid for, OR you follow the Consumer Act 2015! Neither was done today, EE confirmed my phone hadn't been touched nor the battery replaced.
This so called shop is a hell hole of misogyny and nastiness under the guise of 'phone repairs' AVOID.
Littleman then wouldn't let me take a pic of the Qcode as by that point he went full on angry child.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY! Reported to trading standards for ripping people off

The mobile phone shop assistant was outstanding with his customer service. So polite and helpful. He helped my friend with her new mobile phone and accessories to go with the phone I bought for her.Herefod mobile shop in old cattle market. Next to Tiger .

Got quoted £40 for a charging port as my phone wasn't charging at all only to return the next day to be yold it's only £10 as it just needed cleaning and not replacing
so honest I was made up I'll never go anywhere else now they could of charged me £40 I'd of been none the wiser but they we're so open and honest thank you guys I definitely recommend this shop 💯 ten out of ten 👏🏼

Glass was faulty, went to the store to tell the staff that it shows a stripy line which affects my eyes and it was within two hours of purchase, and was charged against because he charged it. Wouldn't recommend to get a screen protector there.

I had a problem with my pay-as-you-go phone and went to the shop where I had bought it in the Wellington Centre, Aldershot. The shop had changed hands and the guy at Mobile Bitz sorted my problem, was extremely helpful and made no charge. Well done and thank you very much

Do not buy from these cowboys there is a video circulating on tiktok where they sold a woman a stolen phone in there surray shop. When she went back with proof it was stolen they lied and basically kept smirking at her and she's still not had a refund

Just got a new mobile and needed a plug. Popped into store, gentleman serving was very helpful and showed me that the charger fitted my phone.
