Website was relatively easy to navigate with good information available. Bought the MX-1AIR. Unfortunately, the "side storage bag" in the "what's included" does not appear to be there and the wheelchair itself does not inspire any confidence with the exception of pretty much perfectly smooth hard surfaces. The slightly uneven and unswept pavements around my house are almost too much for it with loose tiny surface stones and any slight camber pulling the steering way off, and one almost imperceptible dip launching me sideways into the grass at the side of the path and almost tipped over. Also, I am 5'9" and feel much too big for this chair. But it does take up less room in my boot than my self propelled wheelchair so I guess that is the compromise. Delivery was quick enough with good tracking and communication.
Service was excellent unfortunately the MX-1AIR not so much.

The chair arrived in good condition although the delivery firm did miss the stated day. No fault of Mobility Extra who sorted it out immediately.

I ordered a lightweight wheelchair for my elderly mum, the delivery was fast and efficient. There was a technical problem with the wheelchair and I contacted the company, they replied very quickly and were very helpful with trying to sort the issue out. The problem was to do with tge mechanism so they arranged to send a replacement and as I needed urgently to attend a family funeral they ensured it would arrive in time.
Excellent and professional customer service and I would highly recommend Mobility Extra and would use them again.

Great response to questions, however delivery company not so reliable, was lied to regarding failed delivery, after several messages a new delivery date was arranged 48hour later. If this hadn’t happened would of happily given 5 stars.

I am very pleased with my mobility scooter it was delivered well within the time stated, the man that delivered it was very polite, the scooter was packed very well and assembly was quite strait forward

My wheelchair arrived not the next day but the day after and it was perfect! I was so pleased with everything, my last wheelchair was heavy and everything was just hanging off, It was 30 years old,

We were welcomed as we arrived to view wheelchairs. Demonstrations were comprehensive and knowledgeable. No pressure to purchase and when we decided to buy the sale and delivery arrangements were satisfactorily arranged.

Had my chair over a year now and I've gone from bedbound to finding my world grow daily to the point where I have been able to become somewhat independent again and start a new life so to say this company is great is just the tip of the iceberg. So quick to help with any issues even when the dog takes a liking to munching armrests. I can't thank them all enough for giving my life back

I needed some technical advice and amazed at the supe response from Mobilityextra. Nothing was too much trouble for them and sorted my problem very quickly

I bought my the MX-2R on Sunday 22nd. The phone line was shut but they answered on WhatsApp very quickly and answered all my questions so I could understand how it worked. I was very impressed. I got the chair delivered on Wednesday 25 which was very quick! I am so happy with the chair. The stick to drive it is very sensitive and doesn’t need a lot of pushing which is fantastic for my hands because I struggle. I was very impressed and would recommend the chair to anyone but also tell people your customer service is excellent. Thank you so much for all your help again!

Absolutely fantastic service on a Sunday afternoon out of hours! We have just purchased an MX-2R Powerchair on line. We have tried a number of alternative chairs in local shops but were keen to try and find a stockist to try this particular model. We sent a WhatsApp message on a Sunday afternoon to ask for local suppliers, we were not anticipating a response today - but had a message back immediately! Unfortunately there is no local supplier but we received an excellent service with many questions asked and answered in great detail which allowed us to go ahead and order with confidence. Very excited to try the new chair!
