Ordering and paying were made easy, the delivery was smooth and my friend loves the lamp!

My products delivery didn’t go to plan however mocka handled the situation extremely fairly and didn’t leave me feeling like I had to go out of way to get a resolution. I think their customer service is amazing and their ability to take responsibility when something doesn’t go to plan is great; and I think more companies should review how they do business.

Absolutely love the Sadie Entertainment Unit! It looks even better in person and has really elevated the living space.

Ordered a bed and two bedside tables.

Bed arrived missing screws required for assembly. Then replacement screws took over a week to arrive.

Bedside table arrived with one of the frame pieces incorrectly manufactured.

Won't be using Mocka again. I could tolerate mistakes if the customer service and resolution was timely and helpful, but it is simply not.

Issue has since been resolved, but I will not be using nor recommending Mocka to anyone.

I’m so happy with this dresser! It looks beautiful in my room and gives such a clean, modern feel. The wood tone is really warm and goes perfectly with my decor, especially with neutral and pink styling.
The drawers are a great size and feel sturdy, and everything fits nicely without feeling cramped. It’s also the perfect height under my wall-mounted TV, which pulled the whole space together.
Overall, it’s such a good mix of practical and stylish – makes the room feel more put together instantly. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful products, I bought from a baby gift registry and the online process was simple enough. The delivery was very prompt also.

We purchased the jolt drawers recently. They were easy to put together due to good instructions, and are very sturdy! The drawers are also nice on the inside as well and slide in nicely. Highly recommend

The Cove Six Drawers is very good once assembled. My only concern was the visual instructions were not accurate. I sought advice via their contact centre by phone then by email. I had to physically go into the distribution centre to get the help I needed. I did feel they listened to my feedback and as I understand it the instructions will be updated. Otherwise a very good product which looks great in my son’s bedroom.

I ordered a cot last year it is one the converts to a toddler bed. Not once was I advised I only had 12 months from date of purchase to get the conversion parts now they are telling me it’s discontinued and they won’t be getting the parts in again. What a joke considering I spent $1500 with this company now I have a useless cot and my son has no toddler bed. Ridiculous won’t ever buy from here again and will not be recommending to any of my friends.
