I ordered a 1:18 AUTOart model
I ordered a 1:18 AUTOart model that was listed as "in stock" with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days. The item never arrived. I contacted customer service twice, and both times they gave me generic answers, promising to "look into it." They completely ignored their own policy and refused to provide a tracking number. While they were ignoring my emails and delaying my shipment, I noticed they changed the price of the model on their website, making it 1.5 times more expensive. They also modified their website layout to hide the exact stock availability. In the end, they forced a refund through PayPal instead of fulfilling the order. I did not want a refund; I wanted the item I legally purchased at the advertised price. They simply realized they sold it too cheap and decided to break the contract to make more profit. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Avoid Model Car Planet if you expect them to honor your purchases.
