These guys were absolutely brilliant. Contacted them on the off chance they could step in with just 8 days notice - and they did. Really helpful and calm from beginning to end and the stand looked great. All for a fantastic all-in price too!

Great team and exceptional delivery of an exhibition stand - very happy with how our stand turned out and the continued client comms.

We used Modex for our first space only stand at NEC.

Tyler was very helpful and friendly in the beginning running me through the initial options and was very patient while I changed my mind many times.

On installation, the team did a great job and when I arrived there was a couple minor points I flagged and the team were super happy to sort them out without any fuss at all.

We will be using them again next year for certain!

We were quite chaotic on our side with delays, postponed responses, and late feedback due to internal understaffing, which made steady progress difficult. However, Modex met us halfway throughout the entire journey with great patience and a positive attitude, and that has been very, very appreciated. And on top of that, we enjoyed one of the best and perfectly built stands ever.

Great quality service and output for the build of our stand at the Museum + Heritage Show at Olympia.
It helps our brand really stand out compared to others at the show using Modex and their services.

We used the extra service of graphic design, this was really helpful for us to create the idea into a full design of what we wanted to acheive.

From the start to the very end on collecting our visual prints form our space stand, the team at Modex were very helpful and understanding, honest and professional.

Overall, extremely happy with our stand that was built by Modex for Accountex at the Excel. Communications between the design and project team were great and the stand was built on time. Slight confusion on the 'handover' prior to the event, but all in all very happy, and would definitely use them again.

We used Modex for our stand at BETT UK for the second year running, and once again they were outstanding. As a small company, having a stand of this quality and presence was hugely important to us, and Modex absolutely delivered. The stand looked incredible and genuinely stood out.

What really sets Modex apart is value for money. We priced similar stands with other suppliers offering comparable quality and style, and Modex were consistently more competitive. The price point for what you get is exceptional.

They are also incredibly flexible. We requested a change to include a different screen just three days before the event, and they accommodated it without any fuss. That level of responsiveness makes a massive difference in a high-pressure trade show environment.

Andy and James have built our stand both years and have been fantastic to work with – generous with their time, approachable, and genuinely kind. Estelle has also been excellent on the operations side, always professional and easy to deal with.

From the lead-up to the event, through the day itself, and even afterward, everything was exceptional. The Modex team handled every detail and ensured we were fully prepared. I reached out to Modex for my first Exhibition, and although during the sale call the project manager appeared very supportive and flexible, after contract signature things changed significantly.

You better know what you need or don't expect proactive support (eg. I wasn't aware that the health and safety docs were part of the package, and did them myself only to discover later that Modex should have done them)

To get a few days extension on the art work approval, set at 32 days before the show and just a few days after I segned the contract I had to write emails, escalate to the MD, basically waste half a day imploring as I was on holiday those days.

I had asked for an HDMI adaptor, an extension cable and a trash can for the booth by email, had to follow up 4 times in writing to confirm, and at the show these were not present. Luckily the team on the ground were very supportive and friendly and found a workaround.

When I reached out to the MD to highlight the shortfalls he took a partisan role and accused me of not providing the correct technical specs of an HDMI adaptor, and of having an old laptop which did not support an HDMI cable. Not sure how many laptops support HDMI.

Its a shame as the booth was very beautiful and the team on the ground super helpful, but the Project Manager just made the overall experience unnecessarily dreadful, and any escalation pointless as the MD was simply defensive and unwilling to take any responsibility.

A real shame because the booth was beautiful, but such neglect from the project manager just left a very sour feeling especially as it was my first exhibition.
