Basically,It was o.k but there were 2…
Basically,It was o.k but there were 2 things that I did not like:
1.I had to pay in our currency(NIS) via credit card,although I have a Euro account linked to the card.
2.The ticket photos uploaded were marked with a red x.I was not sure if it went through so I had to resend to the customer service -Just to be on the safe side.
N.S- There is no phone number to talk to a rep in case of facing difficulties- Big disadvantage on my behalf.

Support is very good, service is good.
One remark is the delay in the processing of the pay-outs. I would recommend to straighten this process, so no more than 1 business day delay from initiated to completed for a pay-out.
