First time ordering
First time ordering, my order was marked as delivered and I didn't recieve it. They told me they opened a ticket with Canada post, and CP contacted me and they told me it may have been "Misdelivered". I have emailed numerous times and now it has been over 3 weeks, and they are just ignoring my emails. They responded to me NO problem before I said I didn't recieve my order. Filed a dispute with my bank and sent all proof from CP that the ticket was closed and I should have been refunded. Horrible customer service.
