Recommended. Above & beyond customer service. Excellent products, excellent prices.

Be mindful of the 20% “restocking” fee charged on returns beyond their 14 days grace period. May not be much if your order is small but quickly builds up if ordering several hundreds of pounds worth of items. This 20% fee should be clearly stated on their returns webpage.
If I had known, I would have ordered from a different retailer with a much workable free returns period.
NB I was told to just be happy that they even considered accepting my return, as some orders are not returnable after 14 days. Ordered chandeliers, not a customised or perishable item.

the product was fine but did not fit they do not make it clear that they have an extremely difficult returns policy whereby I had to arrange the return myself, just be careful when ordering as they actively make it difficult to get your money back through their process and it will cost you time and money!!!

The chandeliers I ordered were beautiful, however I had to refund them due to my low ceilings. The only issues that I had was getting a refund once my order was sent back. The refund was issued via an e-cheque which causes delays in receiving the funds back. If anyone does need to go through the refunds process please be advised that it can take weeks to receive the funds back which is not ideal.

I placed an order on Sunday and it’s been delivered today, I didn’t know it would come in time for Christmas but I randomly and spoke to a lovely lady (i didn’t get her name unfortunately) who said she will try her best to get it to me. I’ve not looked at it yet but so far a lovely expierence with this company!

Competitively priced. Extremely quick free delivery. Great service. Lights are beautiful and were well packaged.

Purchased x2 outdoor lights in sep 24. At that time one was replaced due to a manufacturing defect-not MoonLights fault. Immediately resolved. Recently one light developed a fault that was within warranty period. Emailed customer services-again immediate response and replacement sent out next day. In my experience MoonLight is a very good company. Very responsive. I would definitely use them again.

After finding the lighting fitting I liked, I contacted Customer Services to make an enquiry about differences in shades available. Bet got back to me with a reply extremely quickly with a reply.

After ordering, the fitting was delivered to our home 48 hours later. It was extremely well packaged and looks amazing. Can't wait to have it fitted next week.

Be careful before purchasing from this company they have a fake returns process. I ordered three items which are really expensive and all damaged, it seems like they might be selling used goods.

When trying to return they keep asking for more information and pictures, when you ask for help they push you round in circles.

What a waste of time and money.

I had recently left a negative review. However , the customer service this shop has offered has been 5 STAR. Yes, I did have a problem with my light, but the polite, quick and efficient way they have dealt with the problem has been fantastic. This is so important and I would definitely now buy from here again.

Our antique silver chandelier arrived in an unmarked box, no fragile label, no indication of the right way up, inside it was badly packed with just bits of cardboard, little bits of bubble wrap around some of the glass droppers, but no overall bubble wrap. Not surprisingly the fitting was bent and numerous droppers were missing or broken. This completely gave the fitting the impression of being rubbish, even though it was £240. FedEx delivered it with thirty minutes notice, on its side. I sent photographs and a complaint, and the manager immediately arranged the despatch of a replacement. I can confirm that my second chandelier then arrived with two broken droplets. Bubble wrap had been better secured to the branches. The fitting was positioned the other way up this time, the cardboard packing was a bit better, but there were still no warnings on the box.

I am happy with how it now looks, and with the resolution provided by Moonlight.

Amazing company, my product is exactly how it looks online too and it’s so beautiful Thankyou so much to Beth too for sorting out my delivery with a few eras from Fed-ex. If your in an apartment/flat get it delivered to a different address as fed-ex seem to get confused or unbothered to come in and deliver it if you have buzzed them in. But moonlight sorted everything for me and got my item in the end 🙂 Thankyou so much.

We had seen a light we wanted in John Lewis but it was out of stock. We saw one at Moonlight Design which was virtually identical and £20 cheaper. We ordered it yesterday morning at 8.50 am and right now, less than 36 hours later, it’s been delivered. The quality is excellent and we are extremely satisfied with all aspects of our order. Thank you.

While shopping for light fittings I found a design I liked with another retailer and was about to put 2 in my basket when Bing's AI algorithm suggested I could save £52 per unit and directed me to Moonlight Design. Ordered 2 and saved £104 as well as free next day delivery. when I opened them, one was broken. A phone call, followed up with an email an photo, and a replacement was despatched again with next day delivery. Both lights now fitted and look great.
I'd never heard of Moonlight Design before, but with an extensive selection of designs, great prices, and first class customer service, they're now added to my favourites, and I'll certainly be using them again when I'm next shopping for light fittings.

We purchased a mirror lamp from Moonlight as it had the most competitive price for the model we wanted. Something went wrong with the delivery (it was taking a long time) and it turns out the parcel had been lost in transit. We got a very speedy reply from Beth when we notified Moonlight of the delay. After finding out it had been lost, she organised a redelivery straight away. Very quick to help and product is great quality, thank you! We will use Moonlight again for sure.

Beautiful lights! Moonlight Design was so helpful in assisting in purchasing my lights which included organizing the freight to Australia. I had a slight issue with the shades when I received them in which Moonlight Design was so quick to rectify the issue. Communication was 5/5 and will definitely return to purchase more lighting from them even though they are on the other side of the world to
where I live (better than any other local supplier here in Australia)
