Morgan Sloane Chartered Surveyors Opiniones

Great service- thank you.
Quick, knowledgeable and helpful team. Reasonable price for our RICS survey and pleased with the fair valuation on our home which we needed to pay off our help to buy loan

Great Company and very professional. Great value for money and proximity to us. Thanks again everyone for your help on our remortgage.

This is my second time using Morgan Sloane for a RICS valuation.

They are delight to work with.

The survey was booked as soon as possible and they were quick to respond to my emails.

Aaron carried out the survey. As before he was on time and respectful.

The report was produced within three days. Overall an excellent experience.

Great service from Morgan Sloane. Quick response from any email and we had our property valued within a couple of days and the documents arrived a couple of days later!! Excellent service. Thank you.

Morgan Sloane are fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. From the first day, they couldn’t have been more helpful in completing our valuation. Always around to answer questions, providing a prompt and professional service, and going above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy, the whole team are brilliant. Thank you!

Paul and Lucy were very professional and extremely helpful, and have no hesitation to recommend them.

Everyone encountered was friendly and professional, the advice was clear and detailed and the service (a probate valuation) was sent through the next day. Brilliant service.

I recently engaged with Morgan Sloane after having difficulties with another valuation firm. Not only did they recognise the urgency and proritise my survey but they were very clear and made me feel valued. They were also honest about the process and very thorough!

I initially selected Morgan Sloane for my RICS valuation solely based on the best price. I’m so pleased I did; these people are the best. They’re pleasant, professional, easy to work with....and they gave me the best price ;-) Julie was a delight getting it arranged, and Paul was a pleasure when he came to perform the valuation. He completed the survey efficiently and had the report to me the next day. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. Thanks, guys, for a job well done!

Morgan Sloane was a very responsive practice.

I needed to find a surveying firm with expertise in valuations for Help to Buy but with the added complication of fire safety and cladding affecting the building concerned.

I found their office staff, senior team members as well as the surveyor who visited the property very professional and helpful. I would recommend them to other people.

A survey for valuation was arranged carried out efficiently. Report received earlier than the expected date. Very satisfied.

Very friendly surveyor, fast efficient service. Communication was clear and precise from the first point of contact. Definitely recommend Morgan Sloane.

I would highly recommend Morgan Sloane, we needed a property valuation in order to obtain a help to buy valuation, having made the enquiry online, I was contacted by phone, the whole process was explained to me and we were booked in for a valuation within days. The paperwork we required was sent the same day and the whole process was made so easy and stress free.

Would highly recommend. Absolutely amazing service. Great communication and extremely efficient.
Thank you.

Well I can’t report on the survey. I wanted to create a special review for the help I received as a first time buyer from this company even though they were unable to service my area.

I think this speaks to great customer service and certainly would increase my comfort of doing business with them. They were very generous with their advice and what I should look for when I do find someone to service my area, including tips and tricks for choosing the right company. I think most will agree in particularly in the UK this falls into the above and beyond service category, which is sadly rare.

I had a fantastic experience with Morgan Sloane. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive and professional. All communication with Julie was prompt and clear, making the whole process of getting a valuation straightforward and stress-free. Everything was completed on time, just as promised, which gave me real peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient surveyors.

Very efficient, professional company . Approachable and quick to answer any questions and queries .
Highly recommend.
