Morplan products are great quality and easy to assemble. When there was a problem with the order, they responded fast and sorted the issue immediately. I've bought many rails from them and would thoroughly recommend them.

Your using a courier DX who I don't rate they leave packages at the door with no signature or security given.

The delivery has been a disaster and DX have said it has been delivered and received but it hasn't. I have written to Morplan sales three times but they have not replied. Very bad experience.

I purchased an item from Morplan as a Christmas present for a family member. Through no fault of theirs, Amazon entrusted the Royal mail with the delivery. The first occasion the Royal mail sent it back to the sender without attempting delivery and when it was dispatched again they seem to have lost it (still 'out for delivery' since 15th December). Morplan customer service was excellent and dispatched the item with a quality delivery company that day, arriving the next day, brilliant, thank you.

A small package of 3 components has been issued requiring signature. Delivery firm have tried once when we were out as unaware a signature was required. Second attempt, we stayed in all day only to receive a message saying that delivery had been attempted and we weren’t in. Excessive process for £20 of components with a less than honest delivery service. Previous experience has been excellent, but not this time. Still no goods received as delivery firm do not work weekends….

First time order great service and great experience

Were were sent faulty window stickers that hab been printer on white plastic rather than clear plastic.

I sent in an email with photos to show this but have not had a reply 7 days later

Absolutely awful delivery service stayed in various days as they are unable to leave they need a picture with open door 2days I’ve stayed in waiting no delivery DX are unable again today to deliver this will be my last order with morplan this order was
Placed 26/11/25 I was told it would be next day delivery!!! It’s now the 4/11/25 can’t believe I’m the only customer disappointed with their choice of logistics company but I won’t order off morplan again

Quick delivery. Charges are a bit steep though

Quick delivery even though I chosen standard delivery. But dot and cross paper was damaged. The damage was made before delivery . Because our side wrapping wasn’t damaged.

The rail I ordered to a long time to arrive and when it did it was damaged and had to be sent back and another one sent to replace it. The garment bags and rail covers are fantastic though- I’ve been buying from them for years and highly recommend them for wardrobe departments

The rails we bought - we've bought several before for other projects - are, as ever, very sturdy, easy to move around, and were delivered very promptly.

Ordered small item on 5th June, surprised at over £7 postage for what is a small box of size labels , but needed it quickly so paid it. 6 alleged attempts by their couriers to deliver, none of which actually WERE attempted, at all times they claimed to have attempted delivery, our shop was open - had to involve Morplan customer services who then contacted delivery company. finally today after 7 notified delivery attempts the small item arrived. 13 days on from making the order. Very bad service, and exorbitant charges for postage. Requested i be given a postage refund for complete lack of service from their courier, and this has now been sorted by Morplan, but they tell me they cannot post out by a different method other than this courier, so sadly I won't be able to shop again, as they seem not to want to delivery to St. Ives.

Ordered these thinking they were storage ones but they weren't.. My fault except they charged us £14 to get them picked up but when they did the refund they took the original postage back as well which they didn't tell us... Also it took them 10 days to do the refund and every time we rang they said they were waiting for the warehouse to book it in.
I will never use this company again.

We own retail premises and have a large number of display furniture. We usually buy from a different company, but they were out of stock of the unit we needed (a H Gondola).

We purchased what we needed from Morplan, what a mistake. None of the pre drilled holes were in the correct places, nothing matched up, the fixing supplied were completely inadequate, there were scuffs and marks on the unit, terrible.

We were unable to return this item and actually had to pay to dispose of it. We are about £450 out of pocket. never again. PLEASE avoid.

Just discovered Morplan through recommendation. Absolutely first class service from start to finish and extremely fast and secure delivery

Constant problems with website when trying to order. It jumps all over the place. It would not process Paypal and then when using card payment it just did nothing. Girl on chat was not really bothered about helping.
Back to Amazon for next day delivery.
