Horrible customer service, I placed an order and made a mistake on the size, send a mail to customer service to cancel the order, and they still ship the item. They told me once is placed you are unable to cancel or change, they make me pay a return fee and shipping charges.

Passform og kvalitet var innenfor, leveringstiden var litt lengre enn håpet. Genseren ( Merino Oneck) var dog meget tynn, og nok bedre egnet som undertøy.
Kjøper nok ikke flere produkter der. Den skulle erstatte 2 godt brukte men langt tykkere og varmere merinoullgensere. Må nok i noen fysiske butikker for å finne noe passende.

Vad har hänt med kundtjänsten.

Man skickar min order med bara del av ordern och ingen information innan ordern skickats utan får reda på att systemet visat felaktigt saldo när jag mailat kundtjänst samt att jag ska kontakt Klarna för att få tillbaka pengarna fast jag betalt med kort?!
Verkligen urdåligt!

Köpte en jacka vars sömmar gick sönder efter en månad av försiktig användning. Verkar som att Morris helt och hållet saknar kvalitetskontroll.

I enjoy the clothes, however Morris' customer service and concern for sustainability is simply terrible. I bought 10 items from their online store and a week after, all the items were placed on sale. I contacted Morris customer support and requested a refund in accordance with the sale prices, however they told me they would not do this. I even specified that I would be satisfied with receiving the amount as a voucher in their store, but they also declined me this. They then told me I had to return the full order and then reorder the same items if I wanted to get the items at sale prices. Not only is this terrible customer service towards a loyal customer, but it is also complete disregard of sustainability and the environment. Morris would rather have the order shipped back and forth 3 times, causing three times as much pollution, instead of providing a voucher on the order. I have been a loyal customer and fan of Morris' products for a long time and I expected the company to be better than this. Seems I have been mistaken and the treatment I describe in this review will likely keep me from ordering anything from them again. This is unfortunate, as I enjoyed the clothes.. I would not recommend Morris to anyone else either...

Var ute efter nya vintertröjor och inriktade mig på merinoull. Då dessa är varma och sköna att bära så slog jag till på fyra stycken. Behövde fylla på garderoben. Tröjorna är klassiska och funkar till det mesta. Är väldigt nöjd med mitt köp då jag fick tillgång till pre-sale.
