Could not have asked for more from the morson team in getting me stared with BAE SYSTEMS Sarah and the team were great from day 1 till even now it's asking how I'm getting on in my new job always keeping me updated in the employment process 5 stars all round

Started work through Morsons late last year and the team at marine trades were very helpful in guiding me through the initial stages of my contract.
The communication from Inayat Valley throughout was great and any query’s or issues were quickly resolved.
Would recommend Morson’s to anyone looking to get into or start any contract/ full time work

I've only dealth with agencys a little in my past but none of them compared to the care I recieved like I have from Morson, from the small things such as little text messages wishing me all the best on my first day to doing the same after my first week, I'm 5 weeks in now and still they're on the end of the phone when I ring them saying its nice to hear from me and asking how I'm getting on with a genuine care, it feels like they're not just trying to fill holes in companys with people but they want you excell and they support you with that.

I have been with Morson at HMNB Devonport Plymouth for 14 months now and the team headed by Paul White have been available, understanding, friendly and efficient in dealing with my questions in a timely manner and resolving issues (not of Morson making) with real commitment and efficiency.

From start to finish of the recruitment process all communication and services have been absolutely excellent.

The company is well grounded, fair and provides a great health package to all staff. In a sea of recruiters, what sets one apart is professionalism and respect for the candidate's time and experience. The lady I dealt with recently for a senior position did not tick the boxes for me in that regard and from what I have seen in the reviews, this is not an isolated incident. Not all roles are suited to all candidates, but at least communicate clearly and timely as that is very much part of a professional recruiter's job. It works both ways.

Have worked through Mosrsons a couple of times in my careeer and they’ve been great. Real people that value the contract you have with/through them. Have worked for some of the other large agencies who seem to try hard to make you feel worthless. Pleased to be back with them. Totally recommend these people.
