Login system user friendly. Recruitment staff sympathetic to any of your problems, efficient at sorting problems and helpful with how to use the system. Video demos on using their payroll system and timesheets was particularlly useful. An easy, comfortable, and friendly system to use.

The overall experience with Morson in my opinion is good. Respectively taking everything into consideration with communication being the key, at times I needed to chase to check on some issues.

The sign up procedure wasn't always obvious what was required. Finding the way through the compliance requirements was sometimes confusing. No information was provided as to who was responsible for signing off time sheets.

Very friendly, very helpful only comment is they had difficulty working outside the box. Not all clients within a group conform to the norm and they need to understand this, investigate and learn flexibility.

This is the worst agency I’ve had the misfortune of working through. Incompetent staff, wages are never right or paid on time and no one is honest with you avoid like the plague. I left a great role because I couldn’t put up with the c rap every week.

The move from a canal trust employee to working for them through Morson was fairly simple to navigate through
