I had a really positive experience with Mortgage Medics. From the beginning to the completion of my mortgage, they were incredibly helpful, professional and responsive.
Buying a property can be stressful, but I always felt that I had someone knowledgeable to guide me through the process and answer my questions whenever I was unsure about something. Everything was explained clearly, and I really appreciated the patience and support throughout.

Engaging Gemma was the best decision we…
Engaging Gemma was the best decision we made when deciding we wanted to purchase our first home.
From the get-go Gemma informed us about all the options we had. Our journey towards a new home was not the most straightforward and, throughout the whole 11 months it took us to finally find the one, she was consistently able to deliver a really high standard of support and counsel. She guided us through one too many complicated situations, from helping us after being gazumped (which we didn’t even know was a thing!) to helping us find our dream home. She is an exceptional professional who has the ability to make the complicated easy to understand.
Gemma and Toby were also extremely proactive, and would give us some updates regarding better mortgage rates that they had proactively applied for.
Throughout this very stressful time we were always happy to see Gemma’s email come through as we knew her name pop up meant good news! We cannot thank Gemma and Toby enough for their support and words cannot explain how much they have done for us.

Will was friendly and timely with his communication. It was my first time remortgaging and I felt reassured by his level of knowledge, experience and the information I received. I cannot recommend Ella Truck highly enough. From the very beginning of my mortgage journey, Ella has been incredibly professional, patient, and supportive.
I sent her so many different houses to look at and probably confused her with all the different but she was always patient, understanding, and ready to help. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and always took the time to explain everything clearly.
Ella submitted my mortgage application on 2nd July. Thanks to her knowledge, preparation, and attention to detail, my mortgage was approved on 7th July. She guided me through every step of the process and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much easier.

Jon had been helping me Christine for some time on my own advising what is the best and where to go I eventually decided to purchase my first home with my partner, and John helped us right to the end even on day of handover when they held the keys because the seller wasn’t picking up!
