Smooth remortgage
We have been using mortgage medics for a long time and it has always been a great experience. It was a fairly straightforward remortgage this time, but it went very smoothly and I knew I wouldn't need to worry about things or chase anything up.

We were happy to have used Mortgage Medics. Our Mortgage Broker, Will, explained the different options clearly and kept us informed throughout. We feel we got a good deal on our mortgage and that the process was made a lot simpler than if we had attempted to arrange it alone

Getting the best deal for your mortgage
Our mortgage advisor (Gareth Jones) made sure we got the best deal based on our circumstances and requirements. During the process we chose to make a number of changes but this was not a problem for Gareth whose guidance was invaluable. Gareth and his colleague Toby were always responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Mortgage Medics.

Will and Andrea did a great job with our remortgage. Twice during the process, they switched us to a lower rate when it appeared on the market, and they handled everything and kept us in the loop!

Highly recommend
As a first-time home buyer, I had very little understanding of the process. William Sproule was extremely helpful in guiding me through every step of buying a house and securing the best possible rate. We bought our dream home
Ella Tuck was on our side from start to finish, it took the better part of a year to find our dream home but it never felt like we were a burden to her. Ella was extremely responsive to all of our queries and left no stone unturned. As first time buyers there was a lot we didn’t know, Ella took her time to explain each step thoroughly. The mortgage was offered within 2 days of applying, and we’re happy with the rate provided.
