I cannot recommend Ella Truck highly enough. From the very beginning of my mortgage journey, Ella has been incredibly professional, patient, and supportive.
I sent her so many different houses to look at and probably confused her with all the different but she was always patient, understanding, and ready to help. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and always took the time to explain everything clearly.

Jon had been helping me Christine for some time on my own advising what is the best and where to go I eventually decided to purchase my first home with my partner, and John helped us right to the end even on day of handover when they held the keys because the seller wasn’t picking up! As first time buyers, my husband and I were completely new to the whole process of buying a home and honestly didn’t know where to start. Gemma came highly recommended to us through family — my brother-in-law and his wife had used her when they bought their home a year ago and couldn’t speak highly enough of her. Now we know exactly why!
