Brilliant, couldn’t recommend higher. I’ll always use MAB whenever I need to renew my mortgage.

Our situation was made difficult because my wife had to wait to get her indefinite leave to remain visa. We then had the problem of her being furloughed from her job. All this meant our mortgage offer was delayed. At all times we were confident we would get it. We had full confidence in the staff from Dunblane office. This confidence was fully justified and our remortgage process is almost complete.

I had a wonderful experience with George at Mortgage Advice Brokerage start to finish. He was recommended by a colleague, and as my first experience looking for a mortgage and purchasing a property he walked me through every step of the process with clear understanding and no sales pitches. He made me feel very reassured that I was in safe hands and making sensible decisions. George also recommended a solicitor for me, and arranged insurance policies for me closer to the date of completion. I would whole-heartedly recommend this firm and will return to George for any future mortgage renewals.

I don’t actually take time to write reviews but since the broker who worked on my case was exceptional I had to write provide feedback.

Dave and his team worked on my case tirelessly, with patience plus also working on other cases. I experienced issue with the lender delaying my application but the team were on the case daily to ensure it get over the line. I had regular updates, my expectations were met and documents reviewed on time.

I can’t thank them enough, friendly staff and will be be more than happy to do business with them again.

George prepared all the detailed information with various options, and answered all our questions. George was extremely helpful and responsive all the way through the process. Not only did he get us a good deal on our mortgage, but when the deal was nearly derailed due to an administrative error by the seller's lawyer, George was able to intervene and get the necessary approvals from the mortgage company to get it over the line.
