VERY POOR RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE AND LESS INTERESTED ON SOLVING YOUR PROBLEM. vERY HIGH AND HIDDEN CHARGES THEY IMPOSED

आपकी कंपनीकी और से भेजा गया खत मिला जिसमें बताया गया है कि आपका एकाऊन्ट फोर्स क्लोजर कर दिया जायेगा ये पढ़कर खुशी हुई एक एक करके आप लोग हम लोग को आगे सेवा नहीं दे सकते है एसा करके एकाऊन्ट बंद करने के लिए बता रहे हो एकाऊन्ट बंद करने के कोई रीजन ( कारण) बतायेगें तो हमे ज्यादा खुशी होगी। अगर आपकी कंपनी में कोई पढा लिखा है तो मैं उत्तर की अपेक्षा रखता हूँ वो शायद पूरी होगी एसी ऊम्मीद रखता हूँ। एक एक करके आपकी कंपनी की और से एकाऊन्ट बंद करने की जो सिस्टम शुरू की है ऊस मे हमारी कुलदेवी श्री हिगलाज माता और हमारे कुलदेव भगवान् श्री राम आपकी कंपनी बंद करने की और जा रही है वो ऊम्मीद आप लोगो की बहोत जल्द ही पुरी करे एसी परम कृपालु परमात्मा को में अंत:करण पूर्वक प्रार्थना और आपकी ईच्छा बहोत जल्द पूरी करे एसी में आपकी और से भगवान् को हररोज प्रार्थना करता रहूँगा। मुझे जल्द ही ईमेल से ऊतर मिलेगा एसी उम्मीद रखता हूँ।
09/10/2025 के दिन कंचनजी यादव के साथ शाम 5/45 आसपास फोन पर बात करते हुए बताया गया था कि आप तीनों एकाऊन्ट जो फोर्स क्लोजर करने की नोटीस दी गई है ऊस पर एक फिरसे एक ईमेल से रीकवेस्ट भेजो हम देखते हैं क्या हो शकता है पर तुरंत मेंने ईमेल किया तो कंचनजी से बात होने से पहले मयुरीजी से बात करते समय मेने बताया था की आपकी कंपनी और मेंरा दुसरा ईमेल एड्रेस भी ब्लॉक कर देगी वो बात शाम 6/00 सही नकली। निर्दोष ग्राहक को सजा दिलाने में जिस जिस लोगों का हाथ है उसको कभी भगवान् माफ नहीं करेगी उसकी आज नहीं तो कल भगवान् आपको देगी तब मुझे याद करना अगर आप लोगो में सही न्याय देने की हिम्मत हो तो सही न्याय करना अभी मुझे कहा जाकर शिकायत करनी होगी वो बताना उतनी ऊम्मीद रखता हूं 250 ईमेल करने के बाद जवाब नहीं देने वाली बढीया (घटिया कंपनी से ऊम्मीद रखना गलत है ( ऊम्मीद रखना भी ना ऊम्मीद है) भगवान् ये ईमेल मिलने के बाद मेरा ये भी ईमेल एड्रेस ब्लॉक कर दिया जायेगा ईतना मुझे पक्का यकीन है। आपकी मनोकामना जल्द ही पूर्ण करे ऐसी अत:करण पूर्वक शुभकामनाएं।

I joined Motilal Oswal Financial Services with high hopes for my investments, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite their promises of expert advice and reliable services, I ended up losing my entire life saving investment of Rs.90L. Advisor named Mr. S Senthilkumar who was assigned to look after the accounts has misused with all my hard earned money due to his lack of expertise, indulged in unauthorized trading activities, breaching authentication proposals and bypassing necessary client approvals to place orders on trading terminals, and even he is absconding from his duties now. I have informed my concern several times to Motilal, but till date I have not been provided any assistance or resolution from their firm. Due to this careless act of recruiting any financial advisor without expertise and improper conduct, I am facing a huge economic loss and is in deep mental agony and emotional distress. A massive loss of 90L! Their so-called' expert advice' led me straight into a financial black hole. Overall, my experience with Motilal Oswal Financial Services has been deeply disappointing, and I would caution others against entrusting their investments to this firm. Instead, I would recommend exploring alternative investment options that prioritize transparency, expertise, and reliable performance.
