Le site prends des commandes et le regment mais ne vous livre jamais !

Il 1° aprile 2026 ho effettuato un ordine presso questa azienda. Dopo un’attesa di tre settimane, ho inviato una email per ricevere informazioni sullo stato della spedizione. La risposta ricevuta mi ha indicato di attendere 15 giorni lavorativi. Scaduto il termine, ho reiterato la richiesta tramite diverse email, senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Ho inoltre tentato di contattare il servizio clienti telefonicamente, parlando con tre diversi operatori, i quali mi hanno assicurato che sarei stata ricontattata, ma ciò non è avvenuto.

Al 5 maggio 2026, non ho ancora ricevuto informazioni sullo stato del mio ordine. A causa di questa situazione, sono costretta a prendere provvedimenti legali e a segnalare l’accaduto ad Altroconsumo. Desidero esprimere il mio disappunto per la gestione inefficiente di questa pratica, che rappresenta un’esperienza del tutto negativa per me.

A seguito di un ritardo nella ricezione dello scarico ordinato, abbiamo ricevuto una comunicazione via email da parte dell’azienda, che ha fornito spiegazioni dettagliate sull’accaduto. Successivamente, abbiamo ricevuto la notifica di spedizione del componente, che è stato consegnato oggi 11 Maggio

Do not give them any money. They are a SCAM. Like everyone here, my husband ordered a motorbike exhaust. The money was taken and we have received nothing since. It’s been weeks. They won’t respond to email or messenger on their Facebook page. It looks like we have lost over Au $1300.

Pessima esperienza fino a questo momento.
Ordine effettuato il 31/01/26, terminali di scarico per hipermotard 698. Tempo di consegna dalle 2 alle 4 settimane secondo il sito. Ad oggi 20/03/26 non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione, malgrado abbia inviato alcune mail, nessuna risposta. Contattato telefonicamente mi dicono che saro' ricontattato (sto ancora aspettando). Valutero' azioni legali

On 20 December 25 I ordered a Termignoni exhaust. After the purchase I saw the Trustpilot score and was shocked to read the reviews. Some even calling the company a scam. I can 100% confirm this is not the case. On the second day of Christmas in Holland I reached out to ask when my order would arrive. They emailed me back the same day. In January I asked for an updated and Alessandro replied to me within 3 days. Today I received my Termignoni exhaust in prefect condition. And 400 euro's cheaper than other companies. So I am very satisfied.

Suite accident avec ma moto après avoir passé la commande d'un pot d'échappement, j'ai demandé le remboursement, ma demande a tout de suite été traité et un mail m'indiquant que le remboursement avait été validé reçu en 24h. Merci pour cette réactivité.

I strongly do NOT recommend "motorbikeplanet" if you value your nerves and time.
PS.I am pretty sure we got refunded only because we used trustpilot.com for complaints as only times I got response was after posting reviews here.

No communication. No refund. Not reliable. Refund not transferred.
On 2.12.2025 my wife paid for my order on motorbikeplanet.com.
On 19.12. it was cancelled by seller and marked as refunded.
I am still waiting for money to be returned.
Hope seller had lovely holidays cause we didn't.

Hello im sad to have to write this review, because it really looked like a legit company, so i ordered an exhaust for my suzuki gsx750f and all was well, but now it has been months.
I have tried to contact them via all their socials several times, facebook/instagram/email and tried to call them but all of it with no luck.
DO NOT TRY TO BUY ANYTHING.

They talk so much about on their website how transparent they are and how much they will do what they can, but as far as i can tell no real People have had that experience. :(

Commande passée le 20/10/2025, 6 semaines plus tard toujours rien aucune nouvelle de leur part et quand on les appelles, il nous précise de faire un mail et ne répondent plus par la suite.
J'ai contacté le fabricant pour savoir si ils avaient bel et bien commandé les pots d'échappement mais le fabricant ma confirmer qu'il n'y avait aucune demande de leur part.
Ce sont des voleurs, je vais entamer des procédures contre eux.

Total failure to communicate whether in English or Italian. So numerous emails were never replied to. When my order was delivered I had to pay tax on the delivery because they failed to fill out the relevant import forms. Since they refused to reply to any of my queries I was for ed to pay or lose a greater amount of money. My only advise to anyone thinking of using them is to stay well away.

Just to let everyone know, this company is a total waste of time to deal with, ordered a exhaust on 8th April, website did say this exhaust was in stock, i did actually receive a email to say it was actually going to be 6-8 weeks, to which I accepted, I have now been trying to get a update for the last 3 weeks, with no reply, so here I am 14 weeks on, with no exhaust and no replies, now im going to get this sorted with my bank, it's not worth the hassle with this company, go elsewhere

Martedì 24 giugno pomeriggio in automatico mi fate un rimborso, non richiesto,per prodotto non disponibile.

Quando in realtà è disponibile, solo ad un prezzo diverso.

Veramente il peggior sito mai visto.

Assistenza telefonica MEDIOCRE, la quale prima ti garantisce che verrai richiamato e poi, come già successo due volte, sparisce nel nulla.

I didn't want to write this review but here I'am wasting my time.

I ordered an exhaust system April 9th. I paid 849 euros for it. I received the transaction comfirmation. They said there was a 4-5 weeks turnover for shipping (no problemo)
Until this day, I'm still waiting, crickets...
But that's not the worst part. I did try to reach out to them through facebook, Instagram, send several emails and guess what? NOTHING. Not even an answer. Why being on social platform if you guys don't use it.
So I decided to call them. On june 6th the first lady was rude and barely spoke english (no offense I'm french but they don't speak french and I don't speak Italian sadly). I asked to talk to someone else but she refused to transfer me and hung up on me.
I was very surprised so I called them back right away and requested to speak with Alessandro Pattacini (the founder), the same lady transferred me to a colleague. She was nice enough to listen to me. I gave her my transaction number and magically, couldn't find my order (that's not bueno).
She took my email and said they were going to take care of everything but I'am not naive. I asked a commitment date and she comfirmed i would receive a response the same day.
Guess what?
We are June 19th and still didn't get aything from them.
At this point my patience is wearing thin.
Their presence on social medias and their customer service is garbage. I wonder how these people can still be in business especially after reading all the negative reviews.
So to all the people who were hoping to order something from them, DON'T. You better off throwing your hard earn money directly in the trash.
Now my hope is to get a full refund ASAP, otherwise I will have no other choice than taking legal actions against this crooked company.

Acquistato e pagato scarico Akrapovic il 23 di aprile, che sarebbe dovuto arrivare in una o due settimane.
Dopo i ringraziamenti di rito per l'acquisto e l'aver incassato i soldi, sono scomparsi.
Inviato svariati messaggi nei loro fantomatici contatti, ma niente nessuna risposta.
Contattati telefonicamente per ben quattro volte, solita risposta "mi dia i dati dell'ordine che la ricontatteremo noi"...sto ancora aspettando!
In conclusione ho chiesto e ottenuto rimborso PayPal.
Avrei, potendo, evitato di concedere anche una stella...era obbligatoria.

Apart from a RUINED SILENCER, SPRING TOO SHORT, I took days to adapt it .......
For sure Motorbike Planet is not the producer but, after calling, writing an email, they have never answered.
There is no worse offender than the one who hides.

My husband ordered on third of april and he hasnt got the package til now.

He wrote emails on 22.04., 29.04., 05.05. and nobody answer. He called three times to asked where is the order.
We arent amused about the behavior to handle it because the order is over 413,-€.

Unprofessionell und inakzeptabel – keine Reaktion auf Rückgabe seit fast zwei Wochen

Ich habe einen Sportauspuff für meine Honda bestellt. Trotz anfänglicher Kommunikationsprobleme wurde die Bestellung letztlich korrekt ausgeführt und der Auspuff geliefert. Allerdings stellte sich heraus, dass das Produkt nicht wie benötigt zulassungsfähig ist und somit nicht an meinem Motorrad verwendet werden kann.

Daraufhin habe ich fristgerecht die Rückgabe des Artikels beantragt. Seitdem warte ich seit mittlerweile fast zwei Wochen auf eine Reaktion – vergeblich. Weder per E-Mail noch über andere Kommunikationskanäle (Telefon, Kontaktformular etc.) ist das Unternehmen erreichbar oder reagiert.

Dieses Verhalten ist nicht nur äußerst unprofessionell, sondern bewegt sich auch rechtlich in einer Grauzone, wenn nicht sogar darüber hinaus. Als Verbraucher habe ich Anspruch auf eine Rückabwicklung, wenn das Produkt nicht wie beworben verwendet werden kann – insbesondere, wenn die Nutzung aus rechtlichen Gründen nicht möglich ist.

Sollte weiterhin keine Reaktion erfolgen, sehe ich mich gezwungen, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

So geht man mit Kunden definitiv nicht um.
