Absolutely the freshest herbs out on the market today. We were looking for ORANGE Calendula and no one seemed to have any. Upon searching we found Mountain Maus Remedies and I have to say What a find!. This shop is amazing and the customer service is awsome! Do I recommend shopping here? YES!

Do not waste your money or time! This company lacks accountability and professionalism and they will take money that's not theirs. I placed an order recently and to my surprise it was not delivered due to inaccurate address (through no fault of mine, but the company.) I was issued a portion of my money because I was charged for shipping but I never received the items. If this is customer service I will pass. You reap what you sow!

Every product I have ordered has been of the highest quality and has arrived quickly. The prices are very reasonable for organic herbs and botanicals. So excited to have found this gem!

The worst customer service of all time! What really ruffled my feathers was lack of social skills and the use of reverse psychology. I’m sorry but you cannot use religion to justify your business and or actions. Then you tried to lecture someone on common sense when you clearly lack that skill is just hilarious. The way the owner handles his/her customers is nothing but unprofessional. Proceed with caution for the mouth on the store owner is spicy and very sardonic. One day someone will aim to quickly humble you.

This is not shop it's a distributer who uses God and Christianity to portray an "ethical and moral " marketing image to her customers. The reality is that using religion is just hiding the reality-this business provides HORRIBLE customer service and takes no responsibility for it self. Save your money and go to a honest store that respects it customers and does practice what they preach .

I never got my order ,or a refund ,or even a sorry for robbing you all I got were bible quotes and when I gave her back her own treatment back with the Bible verses She turned sides quickly and went to her new store policy which is no customer service .she is an ill person who says her shop is run by God and she just works there if I only knew what I had gotten myself into before my purchase . $30 down the drain bc I thought if a problem occurred this distributor would have been more than caring to help but she runs her pretentious shop under the facade of Jesus . Completely unprofessional and doesn't care if her customers don't receive their products bc Jesus told her that she can't give them their money back after he implored her to take it .
