I have used Tony 3 times for each property and he is just brilliant. From explaining everything in complete detail as my knowledge on mortgages specifically wasn’t great at the beginning - whereas now I know exactly what we are talking about during our conversations!! He is efficient and in constant communication to ensure that the right mortgage is found for you as an individual.

My wife and I started a while ago our house hunting. Being from Italy, and completely new to the British market, we contacted a number of mortgage advisors and spoke to several people in the business.
I can easily say that Tony Lum is miles above the average. And he did much more than advising us on the mortgages. He was always there ready to help with clear explanations and quick actions. If we managed to successfully complete and move into our new home is also thanks to him. Not to say that is very easy going, friendly and that he always (and I mean always) replies to emails/phone calls immediately.

We both had the pleasure of working with Dave and Andrena when purchasing our first home. As first time buyers, things were a little overwhelming for us to begin with but both Dave and Andrena made the process so smooth and easy. Highly recommend Move Financial!

Highly recommend the team at Move, particularly James M. He was friendly and attentive, and seemed genuinely invested in our emotional journey! Although I have not used such a service before, there was a reassuring calm and affability about the place that made us feel that Move were looking out for our interests in scoring our dream home.

I had an excellent experience with Move Financial. Being a first time buyer, the whole process is of course quite daunting and stressful. The team here made me feel very at ease and comfortable and explained everything clearly and nothing was ever too much (even when I would panic and pester!)
Customer service is fantastic. I always got quick responses to all of my queries and call backs dealt with urgently.
David Goulding was great from start to finish. Never too busy to take my calls, always explained everything so that I understood everything fully, arranging meetings to suit me.
I also dealt with Andrena Scott, who again, could not have done anything more for me during this process. Very friendly and informative. When Andrena was on annual leave, she arranged for Leanne to assist who again went above and beyond just before my completion. And when she came back from annual leave- with everything being dealt with, she checked in to make sure everything was all okay and whether I needed anything else.
People say buying a house can be the most stressful time in your life, but the guys at Move Financial made this as stress free and comfortable for me as possible. Thank you to everyone here, I appreciate everything and can not recommend your services enough!
