Move-Ottawa Movers are a well-run and organized business. I called and immediately spoke to Jay in charge of new moving requests. He listened to my moving needs and in 20 min was at my home to give me an estimate. He was most courteous, very professional and had a genuine caring manner for his client. I paid the deposit and then communicated any new information with Jay through texts. I also received an email with all the pertinent information pertaining to the move. On the day of the move, I was delighter to meet two young men who like Jay were most courteous and who worked diligently and a very professional and harmonious manner to complete the task at hand. They demonstrated care and attention to their client. I could not have asked for a better service! My move was on July 24th, 2024 at 10 am.

From beginning to end this was a flawless move. Move Ottawa sent a professional team of movers who were energetic, polite and respectful and obviously experienced. We have very expensive and heavy furniture so we needed to use movers that that knew what they were doing. The hourly rate is competitive and they finished under the budgeted time.
