I'm an Italian fan. I find mp3va very rich in albums and artists, with good quality (most 320 Kps titles) and cheap, but the best it's offered by its staff!
I mean they're very kind and fast; usually can replay to my questions and desires soon.

I have been using this site for a number of years now, and it is fantastic.
They have always been prompt and courteous with any queries, and any issues have been resolved with no fuss!! - not that there has ever been anything too dramatic....
Also, whenever there has been music I can't find, they are prepared to do their best to track it down and make it part of their catalogue

Never had any problems except topping up my credit. I contacted them and they were so helpful guiding me through the process. They even sent me a free credit on my birthday. Probably not the super high quality of I Tunes but the sound is still good and a fraction of the price!

MIslabeled and incomplete downloads, and they don't respond to customer complaints.

Plenty of tracks there, so a tick for that (if you're ok with the legal grey area & artists definitely not getting anything), and the mp3 quality is decent, but if you don't have a VISA card (or more obscure Onepay, or a giftcard) then the show's over, no other way to pay. Also it requires a minimum $15 payment (goes onto your account as a credit). Both of these are things you discover right at the end of the process. Frustrating.

I have literally spent over $1000.00 on this site.Problems are very rare.They have a wide variety of genres available.I listen to everything from death metal to jazz fusion and rarely do not find what i want on the site.I lean towards progressive rock and progressive metal and the selection available is mind boggling.Only notable exception I can think of is no King Crimson.

An amazing website where you can SAFELY buy music at the fraction of the cost! Sales are always on so look out for them. Great that you can download the music onto any device anywhere any number of times.

I have been a customer for many years now. The service is truly excellent and the downloads are high quality. I recently requested an obscure album that I couldn't find anywhere and they had it within a couple of days. MP3va is excellent.

Of course it's illegal - 10p per song is not a viable business model when considering the music distro supply chain. But for those of you who seriously believe otherwise, my band has Universal distribution and MP3VA is most certainly not included in that! To those of you saying words to the effect of 'I'll cancel my account when I have irrefutable truth that is the case', surely it should be the other way round: if you were to find out it was legal, you'd use it; otherwise, you're accepting that you may be breaking the law and depriving artists of their income.

super prices - qualitiy is okay

I had discovered Mp3va a year or two ago and had used it primarily as my source for obtaining albums. I had heard it was legal, and I am not entirely sure of this but until it could be confirmed otherwise I decided I would use it.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how much money they give away to you. On your birthday, on certain days of the year, and also when you top up your account wallet with£18 you are given a £6 bonus, and if you top up with £60 you get a £45 bonus! It is incredible, and of course the prices are phenomenal. On average I think I pay around £0.70 per full album.

Sadly I was unable to log into the site for the better part of a year or so, as I got a redirecting error when trying to log in. I left it for ages then I contacted the staff and asked if I could get my old account merged with a new one so I could sign in again. Not only were they very friendly and supportive, they actually sorted the issue out for me (after asking a few security questions, and weren't too strict when I couldn't remember some of them-but rather allowed me to use other means to prove I am the account holder).

Now I am back on and loving it as much as before. The interface is great, and the music selection is surprisingly good. There are quite a few obscure/underground bands that are missing from the site, but there are also plenty others present. Furthermore, sometimes if I can't find an album on there I use the "music request" feature. It has been successful in the past, and I was able to get the album I wanted. Furthermore, every album you bought is saved in your "downloads" segment of your account, meaning you can re-download them whenever you like, and listen to them in full on the site itself as well as create a playlist! Also it is worth mentioning that the albums don't take long to download at all. I have a painfully slow internet connection but most albums download in under 5 minutes for me.

There is some slight trouble in paradise however. Aside from the fact that I cannot confirm whether it is legit or not, some of the music claims to be 320kbps (all of them specify the bitrate)-but it might actually be rather poor quality. I should specify that this is VERY uncommon, perhaps even rare, as I have only encountered one album like that. So perhaps this issue is not major, but it is worth pointing out. I have also encountered a similar case in iTunes (and another case in iTunes in which I bought an album and was unable to download it, and the customer service didn't do anything to help) and so yeah, probably not a big problem but I simply do not know how widespread this issue is on the site, so be wary.

Overall, a phenomenal achievement. I love this site and hope the creators keep it running as beautifully as it is now.

also questioned how they do it. Thought maybe their business model is to run at a break even and use the opportunity to make money from paid advertising. Been using for over a year and ZERO problems. Can only accept Visa, not my Mastercard, so I guess the card coy fees eat too much from Mastercard. I emailed one time and they answered within a day. I have no complaints and have been able to analyze music I wouldn't have bought. Places like iTunes need to relook at their pricing? I can't find evidence of them stealing yet.

I have been using this site for well over a year. To date, I have had no card issues, no email issues and no quality issues. I have read sooooo many different views about the legality of this site, and I have yet to find any categoric proof one way or the other. Lots of heresay and vitriole but no proof. IF, I do find it, I will be the first to let people know, straight after I cancel my membership. This site is really good for back catalogue stuff.

A legal music store can't be that cheap first of all, second if you buy for example Katy Perry - Roar you will hear some noise at the beginning, wich indicate pirated/bad quality music, and it is poor taged, at the release date is "unknown" and so on...if you listen the same song on itunes or spotify it is nice and clean at that part i was talking about...
But still, we have just the "moral" problem that the money don't reach the artist, other then that we should have no problem if we use this site, it's not our job to verify if they are legal or not...
What i don't get, is why the autoryties allow this, why they ar not closing them up? there are hundreds of websites like mp3va...

This site steals artists music and then sells it for a profit - giving NOTHING to the musicians who created the music. This is morally wrong as well as illegal.

That's the equivalent of me going into a carpenters shop/or a bakery or anywhere they actually make something (like musicians MAKE music), helping myself and then going out and selling it!!! WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!

They're stealing from musicians!!!! And anyone supporting them is doing so too.
And for all you people who think music should be free - would you work for nothing? Musicians have to pay their bills too, and there are costs involved in recording and producing music. And no musicians don't make a lot of money playing live!!! That's a joke!!!

Mp3va.com has NOT any kind of deal with the producer/legal representative and/or owner of the relative copyrights of the contents that are sold on the website. Found today an album produced by our company, which has NOT give mp3va.com any commission to sell it
