Zero star needed. We talk We talk about a site of no support or check of its products whatsoever.
Everyone can post his scam/useless/losing signal or robot with no consequences. Everyone can delete a losing signal along with all reviews like never existed before.
This technique continues the scamming nature of Forex. Signals (working or non working, losing or winning, active or non active) must be there as an archive or history so we can judge any potential scammer or good trader. Stay away from mql5 if you want to save your money

I deposited $ for a programming work. Engaged a freelancer through this website. After 10 days the freelancer couldn’t complete the work and cancelled the work order.

Requested MQL5 for balance withdrawal. They took commission for a uncompleted Job ( when enquired they told it is the POLICY).
Then after losing commission next pain was withdrawal.
Only option which suits my location was Webmoney. It is a NIGHTMARE process to with draw from web money. Lost another % in Webmoney. It is a snake and ladder game. Webmoney wont accept USD withdrawal to VISA card.
At the end $130 becomes $100 for no work. Still waiting for fund to arrive in PayPal account.

I would happily give 0 star if it was possible. No customer support at all, when I complained about it, they got arrogant and threatened to close my account, no checks on products, it is just a horrible place. Avoid.

Absolutely the worst—I mean the worst—customer service I've ever experienced to date. I assumed since they were connected with the MT platform (or so I think) the organization could be trusted. In short, I was wrong!
The website doesn't screen and test their products. You could spend any amount of money on a faulty or fraudulent EA or indicator and they will do nothing.

Brainless and useless dog$hit agents and customer service who don't care about the customers. Unbelievable from a company at the top of the financial world.

They basically make money from commissions of scam products. As proof of that, they never accept any refund requests from customers. I don't know why such a dirty thing is allowed. Their reviews are definitely fake. The reviewers are from the same country, the same photos, the same low community levels. They lie that they made hundreds of dollars even though they just registered with the community a few minutes ago. That's absolutely impossible. To make matters worse, negative reviews that affect sales are removed on a regular basis. My review was actually deleted. They say that if you write a good review, you can receive another product for free! After making enough money with commissions, they remove the scam product from their store to obliterate evidence, and repeat the same thing with new scam products. Don't waste your precious money on that community. Sooner or later you will realize that the community itself is a scam.

My account was blocked for PM Scamm.
I gave a developer some source code to alter, he charged $50 to give me back the same indicator which I gave him the source code.
I was cross and he reported me for PM Scamm.
I spent $1900 on indicators and MQL5 blocked me from interacting with other developers or even sending messages to the service desk.

There was not even a chance to present evidence of the chats and my own side of the story....just a ban.
What kind of gangster organisation is this ?

I have encountered a lot of scams in my time on their site. The one time I find a legit EA and creator, they delete his account and all EA's the guy had. Their customer support was disrespectful to those of us (and there were a lot) that had questions as to why they did something so shady and if they can reinstate him. I'm not sure if they don't like their users making money (probably), or if they just don't care about their users. Either way, super shifty and very rude.

They let sellers sell their fake products without any background check or any proof that these products work. I just bought a product for 500 $, they removed it from the store about 2 days later because it clearly was a scam. Because of this I asked for a refund, they declined. I opened a paypal ticket. They threatened me to close the ticket or they will delete my account and silence me.
Luckily paypal was very cooperative and got the money back.

This is a website is associated with Metatrader which since year 2000 has slowly become almost the industry standard for FX trading. On the site you can find a huge amount of information about trading, free software and some paid software. The community is generally helpful. The software purchasing aspect is only one part of it.
Before I go on I should say that buying so called Expert Advisors (trading bots) and expecting them to make money all the time is a bit like expecting a tree in the back yard to grow dollar bills... it simply isn't going to happen! So I am a bit surprised that so may people here complain about bot performances.
Generally the site is very instructive and does also provide a number of useful tools to aid in trading both paid free.
Anyone wanting to develop their own software can sell it through the website after signing on and providing full identification including national ID and selfie pic with passport after which their name is fixed and cannot be changed so you can be fairly sure the name of a developer selling on there is real.

I have never had the need to contact the company behind the website so I have no idea how hard or easy it is however if you bother to real all the notices it is clear that once you have purchased and installed something you have no comeback.

Over all my experience has been positive and of course cautious when using someone else's software. I would recommend the site for anyone interested in trading FX and interested in software. If one the site just to just try and make money, then frankly there are easier ways to earn a living.

SCAM ALERT Do not trust this site. The site seems to be deliberately confusing, and once you put your money in, it is impossible to speak to anyone about it and impossible to withdraw any money. No apologies made, they just don't permit withdrawals. This is a scam. It has no proper regulation, please avoid!

Sia come cliente del loro servizio (truffa) di freelance, sia come trader proprietario di un segnale.
In particolare, con il primo avevo chiesto a un programmatore un programma che trattasse le Renko Bar, dopo vari tentativi, nei quali vari aborti (non programmi) mi sono stati presentati, il programmatore mi ha chiesto i soldi, ovviamente si è aperto un contenzioso con MQL5.com come arbitro, e questi cani hanno dato ragione al programmatore (ovviamente senza nemmeno valutare quanto richiesto e poi prodotto), risultato persi i soldi, che sono stati sbloccati, e niente è stato ricevuto. Successivamente, il felice truffatore (che si spacciava per programmatore), mi ha detto che quanto gli avevo richiesto era impossibile da realizzare, la domanda è questa, allora perché ha accettato l’incarico? MQL5.com meno di una stella è impossibile, ma in questo caso sono stati complici di una truffa.
Come trader, con un buon segnale da attivare, ho anni dopo posato sul loro sito la mia proposta.
Tutto bene, sottoscrittori in rapido aumento, fino a quando per un reclamo di un abbonato, mi hanno bloccato il segnale, il motivo: il personaggio aveva avuto le posizioni chiuse e successivamente riaperte, perdendo dei soldi, ora era evidente che una società minimamente seria, avrebbe verificato il segnale circa la presenza di questi “input” di vendita e riacquisto, e al limite avrebbe verificato se gli altri quasi 50 sottoscrittori avessero riscontrato questo problema, ovvio no? Ebbene questo non è stato fatto, e le mie proteste sono state totalmente ignorate, in altre parole ho il pesante dubbio che sotto questo comportamento ci sia una volontà non pienamente pulita. State alla larga!

Would not buy anything off the mql5 store, especially EA (expert advisors) they’re all unprofitable and hard coded to be profitable in back test so you buy the product but when it comes to live use, it doesn’t perform anywhere near the same standard.

Написал в службу поддержки за агрессивную рекламу в МТ4 которая появилась после их обновления. Виндовс отреагировал на это обновление как на вирус. Написал в их службу поддержки. После чего оскорбили и забанили на 5 лет. Для того что бы продавать сигналы, нужно пройти кучу их фильтров. Продавать может сигналы тот, у кого сигнал работает по их индикаторах.

Этих мудаков поймать и в жопу вые..ть надо. Блокируют просто так, деньги не возвращают, темы с неудобными вопросами удаляют.

Non c'è una assistenza, ti rispondono dopo giorni, hanno bloccato il mio account non potendo piu' aggiornare tutto il materiale che avevo acquistato in passato . Che vadano a bloccare invece tutti quei venditori che vendono expert costosissimi , con backtest fasulli e che si fanno mettere evidenti feedback a 5 stelle dagli stessi clienti in cambio di ulteriori regali da parte del venditore ecc ..non voglio fare nomi .. ma di cose scorrette la dentro ce ne sono tante ...
