I ordered late afternoon with standard delivery & shoes came next day! Very fast service and the shoes were great too

The service was fab and staff very friendly, my shoes are pretty awsome as well.

Ordered a pair of shoes which website stated were in stock. It was an error, none in stock. Data handling poor.

Ordered my girlfriend her shoes and got them within the 6 buisness days they said they would send them. Shoes came out great but the only thing that I would've liked was to be updated about my package like I was told in the email. The only issue that I had but other than that I had great service, will by from Mr.Shoes again!

I have been looking to replace my boots that i bought 5 years ago from "Mr Shoes" (sadly had to depart with them this summer ) 5 years they lasted and trust me they had "Some hammer" I was devastated when they finally gave up and started to rip ...however i have now found the perfect pair once again. I can honestly say I will never buy boots from anybody else again excellent delivery and A* quality products

I got an email on the Thursday saying my package would be delivered that day but it never came, then I got an email on the Friday morning saying it would be delivered that morning between a certain time, it never came that day either, everytime I followed it on the track my parcel bit, it just kept saying at the delivery depot, then eventually my parcel arrived today, the Tuesday after I was told it would come the Thursday and then the Friday before,not happy with this service atall!!!!!!!!

My husband has worn his shoes all day and no problems. I don't have to head for the first aid kit for plasters. Service was second to non and the company kept me informed from the time I placed the order.

Brilliant service and very quick delivery, thanks, wouldn't hesitate to order from Mr Shoes again.
