The new replacement part number is the same as the old part number but the overall length on the new part is shorter. So check the overall size before you order replacement parts.

You ordered a Polypipe RD502W and we have had no reports of any change to the size of that item from Polypipe nor from any customers. We sell 20-30 of these every week.
We only sell genuine Polypipe fittings, we of course do not know that you are replacing.
We are disappointed to receive a 1-star review as the review should be about our service to you, not the item. If you had have contacted us, we could have arranged a return and refund for you.
