Been owed 2.7k GBP since August. Withdrawal always stuck with the financial team and support have no access to information as to when it'll arrive. After 3 months the request was automatically revoked and the funds went back into my balance (missing some of it). Support wouldn't answer why the automatic reversal didn't reverse the full amount and just ended the conversation. Started the withdrawal again at the beginning of December and now the site has been shut down and is inaccessible. You will never receive your money. Thankfully was only £40 wasted but don't waste a penny more if you get the chance.

I have been owed about £2.5k since last year. Don't use this site. You won't see your money. They will sell your personal information, including bank details, name and address. Stay well clear. DONT give in to the temptation using European sites, there are different laws and you won't see your money. Not even from your bank.

It’s scam site. I made deposit of only £15 and I was a bit lucky to make up to £100. My account was fully verified at the beginning, I didn’t use any of deposit bonuses. When it came to withdrawal, website clearly says 24h-48h. Now is the sixth day. On a support chat I received replay that it takes 7-21 working days. What a BS, if site is legit it’s same day or next day. At this point is not about money, it’s just disgusting that scams can exist unpunished for years.

I deposited 100 they took it straight away, i withdraw 135 which took me for ever, its been a month with i made the withdrawal and i still have nothing, ive been contacting support they always close the chat on me, taylor was very rude, this website does not pay a chip do not use biggest scam ever probably illegal needs closing down

I am filling a official complaint because the 7-21 working days is over now. I tried so many ways to contact the department who is responsible for payouts but in the chat they cut me off and don’t give answers.

I still have not received my withdrawal the winning amount I played and won in a fair manner. Also my account is verified from day one. I sticked by the rules so I hope the casino also will have the decent to stick by their own rules.

I want to come to a solution and i hope that you are willing to solve this problem.

I made the withdrawal on 27th October 2023 the withdrawal transaction number is: 384488936 an amount of €5000,-

I want also to let the casino know that I am sick, I am a single mother with kids and this stress made my anxiety attacks and ptss worse and I really can’t sleep of this whole problem. It’s affecting me and my kids. I have doctors documents to proof my mental health problems. This is going to kill me!

Please dont let me beg for my winnings, I will wait for your response on how to solve this.

I have a lawyer in curaçao on this matter and I will not stop or rest untill I receive my winnings. Please take this matter seriously this is not a threatening but my right to do so.

I've taken withdrawal out 27th Oct and its 27th Nov today no payout and no communication or response from email I have sent and for last 3 days I can't get on live chat ad I feel I have been blocked from it as I have been constantly contacting them everyday for last week not happy at all the company need pay out and be closed down scam fraudulent and disgusting service and no care or compassion for no one

I have not tried to withdraw yet as there asking for more information pretty much statements with Adress on it. And reading reviews I'm uncomfortable on giving them that information if they don't pay out. Anyone manage to get payed?

Please read the whole review, Chat help refused to honour the terms of contract even though they have with other accounts. They offer bonuses instead to keep you playing.
They will literally take everything from you without a care.
For this reason I’m currently putting all the transcripts and evidence I have for at least 10 sites together to seek Legal action and considering other avenues including international media to highlight how these sites that aren't on gamstop are operating. By providing a service to the uk they are still bound to stick to uk gambling rules yet they don’t. They rely on the gamblers being so broken they simply allow it to happen and accept the fact that the money is gone. However the money shouldn’t be gone because the site shouldn’t be allowed to use the crazy terms they do.
All the non GameStop gambling sites take deposits through multiple intermediaries that are as normal as a bank(these are the same as used in vending machines and other consumer product dispensers and money collecting services) this allows them to get around gambling blocks on bank accounts for their main target customers the desperate addicts that just need to gamble regardless of terms or conditions. The biggest thing is they pay out from a registered gambling account which is obviously blocked so they can say it’s not their fault and they’re trying to send the money. They know you'll gamble it away if it's there more than a day. Others only allow bitcoin and Mastercard with Mastercard not accepting gambling payouts and bitcoin not being overly common. If you look in the terms it says withdrawals up to 5000 a day but go to your withdrawl page and they limit you to a lot less most only 400 .
They often leave the money in the account until processed which can take up more than 24hrs. They limit withdrawals to small amounts and such specific ways so that if you're lucky you may get one withdrawal but you'll gamble the rest or a large portion of it.
Then you have the ones that offer bonuses for talking on the phone, they only want you to say yes or no(common scam) as there’s no other reason they would want to hear your voice especially pay for it with a bonus. The same goes for the bots they offer bonuses for you to download, they’re irrelevant to a gambling site unless they want access to your phones data.
PLEASE avoid this one and any others not on gamstop. They’re not on gamstop for the reason they literally will steal your money and hide behind the terms you accept because you're desperate to gamble. If you’re not on ganstop and want to gamble please use the legitimate sites registered with gamstop.
With the non gamstop sites simply asking for a refund breaks their terms(compare the non gamstop sites terms with gamstop sites ones) meaning you won't get anywhere. They respond to emails(if they respond) via new chains so they can claim your email complaining or asking to close your account etc wasn't received. Fortunately the personal manager that kept ignoring my closure requests instead giving me bonuses lost his cool and emailed to say I wasn’t ignored he just gave me the bonuses I was entitled to and all the while I used them he wouldn’t close my account. Since that email which was in chain of 5/6 emails I’ve not had a single response to regular emails in that chain and new ones asking for information.
They refuse to tell you who their licensing committee is and any other information you're entitled to that you can complain to. If you do have issues like mine please keep all transcripts as evidence like I have because they think they're invincible with their terms but this time they failed on the duty of care and allowing me to close my account at any time as the terms state. Anyone with similar issues or questions can contact me via email at stopnongamstopsites @ gmail.com. The more people come forward with the same issues which will be the case then we can help each other get these sites taken down. Even if we don’t get our money back the legal system won’t allow these sites to operate under such conditions. Getting the sites shut down will hopefully save anyone else going through this.

Deposited £35 or at least I thought I had, money was taking from my bank account and I never received my deposit, I have been in touch with online support all I get back is they are looking into this matter for me, it's been over two weeks and still nothing, I would avoid at all costs.

Withdrawal on the 6th October '23 well over a month with no response.

I've submitted an email to their support team today and I've coped in as many Curacau based Gambling Regulators as I could find to hope that someone might get sight of this sham of a company.

They can take a deposit in 30 seconds but state it will be weeks before withdrawals are posted.

They don't seem to be regulated so anything thinking of using them, just dont.

If there was no stars I would choose that , I withdrew £600 on the 19th Aug 23 , I’ve sent over 20 emails , contacted support loads of times ,the last message was 2 days ago , they said my withdrawal was due to be completed soon 😂😂 I won’t hold my breath , I’ve even reported them to resolver , but still nothing , please avoid this site as they will only steal your money !! Being denied my winnings. Sadly fell into the mistake of not checking this casino out before making deposits. With a bit of luck i was able to win £500. Withdrew on 4th October, which on the site says 24 to 48 hour process. I was then told 7 to 21 working days by customer support, which may i add seems to be automated. It is now working day 22 and these thieves still haven't paid out. I will be contacting them daily and seeking legal advice on this matter, i wont stop until they pay out what im owed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Very difficult to win admittedly. Sone winless streaks on a 50-60p stake were 40-50 spins. One winless streak was over 100. No wins at all. Nearly impossible surely… unless highly restricted at their end. I however struck lucky, over £2,100. Cost me about £1,200 to get there though. That was after previous losses though so in reality this win brought me into a position of being 300-400 up. I withdrew. Nothing for a few days. Said pending. A week passed. Nothing. I messaged them through their chat system. Got s long copy and paste answer stating it was 7 day review for this, few day review for that, then their bosses review payments in / out on your account, payment methods, Any patterns in activity … and the timescales collectively added up to around 5 weeks.I questioned this as being unreasonable and the answer was “YOUVE BEEN BRIEFED!!!” And they cut off the chat. I tried to re instigate and I was cut off again. At this point I stumbled across reviews online. I wish I had checked before hand. My heart sank. I got a time frame of 21 days for a pay out and have waited over that. Customer service don’t deal with the issue when you go on to them they just copy and paste the time frames put it in the chat and then end the chat. It is disgusting behaviour from them.
